Claims (16)
- 飲料充填設備内に清浄空気を提供する装置(1)において、給気供給路(20)を介して吸い込まれる空気を前処理するための少なくとも1つのフィルタ(21,23,24)を有する流入路(2)を有し、前記流入路(2)が、前記飲料充填設備の充填クリーンルーム内に供給するための、前記流入路(2)内で前処理される空気を処理するための少なくとも1のフィルタ(33)を有する第1の流出路(3)と隣接する装置(1)であって、
前記流入路(2)が、プラスチック容器を吹込成形するための吹込クリーンルーム内に供給するための、前記流入路(2)内で前処理される空気を処理するための第2の流出路(4)と隣接し、前記第2の流出路(4)内に、前記前処理される空気を除湿するための除湿装置(41,42)が配置された装置(1)。 - 前記流入路(2)が、中央ファン(25)を備え、前記中央ファン(25)が、前記給気供給路(20)を介して供給された空気を前記流入路(2)と、前記第1の流出路(3)および前記第2の流出路(4)とを通して送る、請求項1に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記流入路(2)が、少なくとも1つの粗塵フィルタ(21)及び/又は少なくとも1つの細塵フィルタ(23,24)とを有する、請求項1又は2に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記粗塵フィルタ(21)が、フィルタクラスG3又はG4のフィルタであり、前記細塵フィルタ(23,24)が、フィルタクラスM5〜F9のフィルタである、請求項3に記載の装置。
- フィルタクラスM5又はM6の第1の細塵フィルタ(23)が提供され、前記第1の細塵フィルタ(23)の下流に、フィルタクラスF7〜F9の第2の細塵フィルタ(24)が提供された、請求項3又は4に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記流入路(2)が、音を減衰させる消音器(22)を有し、前記消音器が、好ましくは粗塵フィルタ(21)の下流に配置される、請求項1〜5のいずれかの1つに記載の装置(1)。
- 前記第1の流出路(3)が、熱交換器(31)を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれかの1つに記載の装置(1)。
- 前記第1の流出路(3)が、浮遊物フィルタ(33)を有し、前記浮遊物フィルタ(33)が、好ましくはフィルタクラスE10〜U16、特に好ましくはフィルタクラスH13又はH14のフィルタである、請求項1〜7のいずれかの1つに記載の装置(1)。
- 前記第1の流出路(3)が、殺菌装置(32)を有し、前記殺菌装置(32)の下流にある前記第1の流出路(3)の領域を殺菌するため、好ましくは前記殺菌装置(32)の下流に配置された浮遊物フィルタ(33)を殺菌するためのものであり、前記殺菌装置が、好ましくはH2O2インゼクタである、請求項1〜8のいずれかの1つに記載の装置(1)。
- 前記第2の流出路(4)が、前記除湿装置(41,42)の後に配置された熱交換器(43)を有する、請求項1〜9のいずれかの1つに記載の装置(1)。
- 前記第2の流出路(4)が、殺菌装置(44)を有し、前記殺菌装置の下流にある前記第2の流出路(4)の領域を殺菌するため、好ましくは前記殺菌装置(44)の下流に配置された浮遊物フィルタ(45)を殺菌するためのものであり、前記殺菌装置が、好ましくはH2O2インゼクタである、請求項1〜10のいずれかの1つに記載の装置(1)。
- 前記第2の流出路(4)が、浮遊物フィルタ(45)を含み、前記浮遊物フィルタ(45)が、好ましくはフィルタクラスE10〜U16、特に好ましくはフィルタクラスH13又はH14のフィルタである、請求項1〜11のいずれかの1つに記載の装置(1)。
- 前記除湿装置が、空気冷却器(41)と液滴分離器(42)を有する、請求項1〜12のいずれかの1つに記載の装置(1)。
- 前記流入路(2)、前記第1の流出路(3)及び前記第2の流出路(4)が、共通ハウジング(5)内に収容された、請求項1〜13のいずれかの1つに記載の装置(1)。
- 前記第1の流出路(3)と前記第2の流出路(4)が、前記流入路(2)から互いに平行に出る、請求項1〜14のいずれかの1つに記載の装置(1)。
- 吹込クリーンルーム又は充填クリーンルームから空気を放出するための排気ファン(6)が提供され、前記排気ファン(6)が、好ましくは前記装置(1)の共通ハウジング(5)内に配置された、請求項1〜15のいずれかの1つに記載の装置(1)。
