Claims (8)
- 貫通孔が形成されている多孔部材の振動により前記多孔部材上の被処理物を搬送しながらふるい分ける振動ふるい機の前記多孔部材を、水平面に対して傾けた状態で、金属と有機ポリマーとで形成された前記被処理物を前記振動ふるい機に供給する供給工程と、
前記被処理物に過熱水蒸気を接触させる接触処理の処理空間を前記多孔部材の上側で外部空間と仕切る接触処理部に、前記過熱水蒸気を供給し、振動している前記多孔部材上の前記被処理物に前記過熱水蒸気を接触させることにより前記有機ポリマーから液状の生成物を得る接触処理工程と、
前記液状の生成物と前記金属とを前記振動ふるい機によりふるい分ける分離工程と、
を有する分離方法。 - 前記多孔部材は、搬送方向に延びて形成されており、搬送方向と直交する幅方向において前記水平面に対して傾いた状態とされている請求項1に記載の分離方法。
- 前記多孔部材は、前記貫通孔としての網目が形成されたメッシュ部材である請求項1または2に記載の分離方法。
- 前記過熱水蒸気の前記接触処理部への供給流量を調整することにより、前記処理部へ供給する前記過熱水蒸気の温度を調節する請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の分離方法。
- 前記金属は粒状に形成されている請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の分離方法。
- 前記金属は鉛である請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の分離方法。
- 前記被処理物は漁網である請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の分離方法。
- 金属と有機ポリマーとで形成された被処理物が供給され、貫通孔が形成されている多孔部材の振動により、前記多孔部材上の前記被処理物を搬送するとともに、前記被処理物から生成した液状の生成物と前記金属とをふるい分ける振動ふるい機と、
前記被処理物に過熱水蒸気を接触させる接触処理の処理空間を前記多孔部材の上側で外部空間と仕切り、供給された前記過熱水蒸気を、振動している前記多孔部材上の前記被処理物に接触させることにより前記有機ポリマーから前記液状の生成物を得る接触処理部と
を備える分離装置。
