Claims (10)
- 金属材質のプレート状基材を打ち抜いて、シート状の加熱基板を形成するステップと、
前記加熱基板を曲げ成形して、シート状の主基板(11)と、前記主基板(11)の両側辺から外側に延伸するよう設けられる補強部(12)とを含む加熱基材を形成するステップと、前記主基板(11)に加熱回路(13)を印刷により形成するステップ、を含むことを特徴とする加熱式喫煙具の加熱部材(1)の製造方法であって、
前記加熱式喫煙具の加熱部材(1)は、シート状の主基板(11)を含み、
前記主基板(11)は、対向する両端に位置する挿入端(A)と接続端(B)を含み、前記加熱部材(1)は前記挿入端(A)からヒートスティック内に挿入され、
前記接続端(B)から前記挿入端(A)の間の両側辺には、前記主基板(11)の強度を向上して前記主基板(11)の屈曲を防止するよう、補強部(12)が外側に向かって延設されていることを特徴とする加熱部材(1)の製造方法。 - 両側辺の前記補強部(12)は、それぞれ前記主基板(11)の同一側又は異なる側に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱部材(1)の製造方法。
- 前記主基板(11)は、長尺状をなすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱部材(1)の製造方法。
- 前記挿入端(A)は、鋭端であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱部材(1)の製造方法。
- 前記補強部(12)は、シート状又は帯状をなすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱部材(1)の製造方法。
- 前記補強部(12)の前記挿入端(A)寄りの一端は、前記加熱部材(1)の挿入端(A)から離間するにつれて幅が徐々に拡大していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱部材(1)の製造方法。
- 前記補強部(12)の側面は、前記主基板(11)の挿入端(A)と夾角をなす斜面を形成していることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の加熱部材(1)の製造方法。
- 前記主基板(11)の表面には加熱回路(13)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の加熱部材(1)の製造方法。
- 前記主基板(11)と補強部(12)は一体成型により形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の加熱部材(1)の製造方法。
- 一組の上型(2)と下型(3)を提供し、前記上型(2)と下型(3)には打ち抜き加工部位と成形加工部位(C)がそれぞれ設けられており、
前記打ち抜き加工部位は、前記プレート状基材を打ち抜いてシート状の加熱基板を形成し、
前記成形加工部位(C)は、前記加熱基板を曲げ成形して加熱基材を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱式喫煙具の加熱部材(1)の製造方法。
