Description
図1は本発明による複合磁性体の断面構造を示す模式図である。図1に示すように、本実施の形態に係る複合磁性体の構成は、扁平状の軟磁性金属粉末1と、軟磁性金属粉末の平均厚さよりも小さく、軟磁性金属粉末の表面に配する絶縁粒子2と、軟磁性金属粉末1および絶縁粒子2を分散保持する有機結合材3からなる。
軟磁性金属粉末としてカルボニル鉄粉、絶縁粒子としてジルコニア粒子を用いて実施の形態に示す複合磁性体を作製した。
扁平状の軟磁性金属粉末に絶縁粒子を被覆させない事以外、実施例1と同様にして、厚み100μmのシート状の複合磁性体を得た。シート状複合磁性体の表面抵抗は2.5×101Ω、シート密度は4.3g/ccであった。

Claims (6)
- 扁平状の軟磁性金属粉末と、前記軟磁性金属粉末の平均厚さよりも小さく、前記軟磁性金属粉末の表面に、水性溶媒を乾燥させて配した絶縁粒子と、前記軟磁性金属粉末および前記絶縁粒子を分散保持する有機結合材を含む複合磁性体であって、
前記軟磁性金属粉末の厚さ方向の断面における前記軟磁性金属粉末の表面の長さ0.2μmあたり前記絶縁粒子を1個以上配し、
前記軟磁性金属粉末の比表面積をSp、前記絶縁粒子の比表面積をSz、前記絶縁粒子の積層数をnとすると、(Sz/2)/Sp=n(nは1)を満たすことを特徴とする複合磁性体。 - 前記軟磁性金属粉末の体積粒度分布の積算10%粒子径D10が2μm以上6μm以下、かつ積算90%粒子径D90が8μm以上27μm以下である、請求項1に記載の複合磁性体。
- 前記絶縁粒子が、アルミナ、シリカ、マグネシア、チタニア、ジルコニアの少なくとも1種を含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載の複合磁性体。
- 前記絶縁粒子の体積抵抗率が1×1013Ω・cm以上である、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の複合磁性体。
- 前記絶縁粒子の体積粒度分布のメジアン径D50が10nm以上70nm以下である、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の複合磁性体。
- 扁平状の軟磁性金属粉末を、前記軟磁性金属粉末の平均厚さよりも小さい絶縁粒子を水性溶媒に分散させたpH>7.0のゾルに浸漬した後、前記水性溶媒を乾燥させて前記軟磁性金属粉末の表面に前記絶縁粒子を被覆し、前記軟磁性金属粉末を有機結合材と混練、分散して、前記軟磁性金属粉末の厚さ方向の断面における前記軟磁性金属粉末の表面の長さ0.2μmあたり前記絶縁粒子を1個以上配したシート状に成形することを含み、
前記軟磁性金属粉末の比表面積をSp、前記絶縁粒子の比表面積をSz、前記絶縁粒子の積層数をnとすると、(Sz/2)/Sp=n(nは1)を満たすように、前記軟磁性金属粉末と前記絶縁粒子の配合比を調整することを特徴とする複合磁性体の製造方法。
