Claims (2)
- フレッシュ状態のレディーミクストコンクリートを練り混ぜた後、10分以上の時間を経て、コンクリートのスランプ値を当該コンクリートの練り混ぜ後120分より長い時間から少なくとも150分までの間、コンクリートの荷卸し時の目標スランプに対して±2.5cmに収める目的で混和剤を添加するレディーミクストコンクリートの製造方法であって、
前記混和剤は、カルボン酸及びその塩の量が酢酸換算で0.1〜5.3重量%であるポリカルボン酸系共重合体を主成分として含有しており、
前記混和剤は、一般式(I)で示される下記の単量体Aから形成された構成単位と単量体Bから形成された構成単位を有する前記ポリカルボン系酸共重合体を必須成分として含み、
前記単量体Bは、(メタ)アクリル酸、クロトン酸、(無水)マレイン酸、フマル酸、(無水)イタコン酸、およびそれらの塩から選ばれる1種又は2種以上であることを特徴とするレディーミクストコンクリートの製造方法。
一般式(I)
- 混和剤を添加する時間が、フレッシュ状態のレディーミクストコンクリートを練り混ぜた後、10分以上120分以下の時間であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のレディーミクストコンクリートの製造方法。
