Claims (8)
- 励磁信号を励磁巻線に入力し、かつ検出巻線から出力する検出信号に基づいて前記励磁巻線又は前記検出巻線を設けた受動体の変位量を検出するレゾルバにおいて、前記励磁巻線及び/又は前記検出巻線を、一又は二以上の刳り貫き部を有する二以上のシートコイルの組合わせにより構成し、かつ各シートコイルを同一に又は異ならせて形成するとともに、当該シートコイルを付設する磁気コアの長手方向へ所定間隔置きに配し、かつ当該磁気コアのコア面に前記長手方向に対して直角方向に形成した複数のコイル収容溝部を設け、このコイル収容溝部に、前記各シートコイルの少なくとも二個所の部位のコイル部分を収容してなることを特徴とするレゾルバ。
- 前記励磁巻線に、高周波信号により励磁信号を振幅変調し、かつ当該高周波信号の極性を前記励磁信号の極性反転位置で反転させた変調信号を入力し、前記検出巻線から出力する変調信号を復調して前記検出信号を得ることを特徴とする請求項1記載のレゾルバ。
- 前記受動体は、回動軸を有する回動体として構成するとともに、前記シートコイル及び前記磁気コアは、前記回動軸に対して同軸となるリング形に形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載のレゾルバ。
- 前記コイル収容溝部は、底部側の内壁から長手方向に切欠き形成した広幅となる主収容溝部を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のレゾルバ。
- 前記シートコイルは、基板を構成するシート部の表面及び裏面に設けた各コイル部を同一に又は異ならせて形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載のレゾルバ。
- 前記励磁巻線及び/又は前記検出巻線は、巻線パターンにより、前記励磁巻線及び/又は前記検出巻線による磁束分布を正弦派状に矯正する磁束矯正機能部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のレゾルバ。
- 前記励磁巻線及び/又は前記検出巻線は、異なる複数の前記シートコイルを組合わせることにより、前記励磁巻線及び/又は前記検出巻線による磁束分布を正弦派状に矯正する磁束矯正機能部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のレゾルバ。
- 前記励磁巻線及び/又は前記検出巻線は、複数の前記コイル部を組合わせることにより、前記励磁巻線及び/又は前記検出巻線による磁束分布の不要成分を打ち消す磁束補正機能を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のレゾルバ。
