Description
n−ブタン、イソブタン及び1−ブテンを含むラフィネート−2を第1蒸留カラムへ供給して第1蒸留カラムの下部からn−ブタンを含む重質ラフィネート−3を得て、上部から1−ブテンを含む上部分画を回収するステップと、
前記1−ブテンを含む上部分画を第2蒸留カラムへ供給して第2蒸留カラムの下部から1−ブテンが豊富な下部分画を回収し、上部からイソブタンを含む軽質ラフィネート−3を回収するステップと、を含み、
前記第2蒸留カラムは分離壁により第1領域と第2領域に区分されており、
第1蒸留カラムの上部から回収される上部分画を凝縮させずに前記第2蒸留カラムの第1領域の下部に直接供給するものであるラフィネート−2の精製方法を提供する。
残りは第2蒸留カラムの第2領域の下方の第2熱交換器へ送って第2領域の下部分画と熱交換するステップをさらに含むことができる。
n−ブタン、イソブタン及び1−ブテンを含むラフィネート−2(10)を第1蒸留カラムC1へ供給して第1蒸留カラムC1の下部からn−ブタンを含む重質ラフィネート−3(11)を得て、上部から1−ブテンを含む上部分画12を回収するステップと、
前記1−ブテンを含む上部分画12を第2蒸留カラムC2へ供給して第2蒸留カラムC2の下部から1−ブテンが豊富な下部分画21を回収し、上部からイソブタンを含む軽質ラフィネート−3(24)を回収するステップと、を含み、
前記第2蒸留カラムC2は分離壁により第1領域A1と第2領域A2に区分されており、
第1蒸留カラムC1の上部から回収された上部分画12を凝縮させずに前記第2蒸留カラムC2の第1領域A1の下部に直接供給することを一つの特徴とする。
残りは第2蒸留カラムC2の第2領域の下部A2の第2熱交換器H2へ送って第2領域の下部分画23と熱交換するステップをさらに含む。
下記の表1に記載された性状を有するラフィネート−2を使用して図2に示された工程を使用して精製を実施した。
図4に示されたような工程を使用してラフィネート−2の精製を実施した。
図6に示されたような工程を使用してラフィネート−2の精製工程を実施した。
Claims (6)
- n−ブタン、イソブタン及び1−ブテンを含むラフィネート−2を第1蒸留カラムへ供給して第1蒸留カラムの下部からn−ブタンを含む重質ラフィネート−3を得て、上部から1−ブテンを含む上部分画を回収するステップと、
前記1−ブテンを含む上部分画を第2蒸留カラムへ供給して第2蒸留カラムの下部から1−ブテンを含む下部分画を回収し、上部からイソブタンを含む軽質ラフィネート−3を回収するステップと、を含み、
前記第2蒸留カラムは分離壁により第1領域と第2領域に区分されており、
第1蒸留カラムの上部から回収される上部分画を凝縮させずに前記第2蒸留カラムの第1領域の下部に直接供給するものであり、
前記第2蒸留カラムの上部から回収される軽質ラフィネート−3を圧縮した後、一部を第1蒸留カラムの下方の第1熱交換器へ送って第1蒸留カラムの下部分画と熱交換し、
残りは第2蒸留カラムの第2領域の下方の第2熱交換器へ送って第2領域の下部分画と熱交換するステップをさらに含む、ラフィネート−2の精製方法。 - 第2蒸留カラムの第1領域から排出される下部分画は、第1蒸留カラムの上部へ供給されるものである、請求項1に記載のラフィネート−2精製方法。
- 前記第2蒸留カラムの第2領域から排出される下部分画の一部は第2熱交換器で再加熱された後、還流され、残りは1−ブテンを含む下部分画として回収されるものである、請求項1または2に記載のラフィネート−2の精製方法。
- 前記第1蒸留カラムの下部から回収された後、第1熱交換器で再加熱された重質ラフィネート−3の一部は第1蒸留カラムへ還流され、残りは重質ラフィネート−3として回収されるものである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のラフィネート−2の精製方法。
- 前記第1蒸留カラムに供給されるラフィネート−2は、イソブテンと1−ブテン(イソブテン/1−ブテン)を0.006以下の重量比で含むものである、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のラフィネート−2の精製方法。
- 第1熱交換器と第2熱交換器において熱交換に用いられた軽質ラフィネート−3は、一つのストリームとして統合されて第2蒸留カラムへ還流されるものである、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のラフィネート−2の精製方法。
