このように構成することにより、斜板40の変形を抑制することができる。
このように構成することにより、斜板40の変形をより抑制することができる。
このように構成することにより、潤滑油の供給量が少ない過酷な潤滑条件の場合でも、第二摺動面220に油膜を形成し易くすることができる。
このように構成することにより、斜板40の平坦面に樹脂コーティング層42が形成されていても、斜板40の変形を抑制することができる。
また、本実施形態に係る斜板40は、本発明に係る第二可動部材の一形態である。

Claims (2)
- 第一可動部材の凹状曲面と摺動する第一摺動面と、
前記第一摺動面と連続するように、かつ、前記第一摺動面と反対側へ膨出するように形成されて第二可動部材の平坦面と摺動する第二摺動面と、
を具備し、
前記第二摺動面は、
当該第二摺動面の外周縁を含むように当該第二摺動面の外周に沿って設けられた曲面状の外周部と、
当該第二摺動面の中央に当該外周部と連続して設けられ、当該外周部よりも曲率半径が大きくなるように形成された中央部と、
を具備し、
前記第二摺動面は、
当該第二摺動面の前記外周縁から前記中央部の頂点までの高さである膨出高さが15μm以下となるように形成されており、
前記中央部は、
直径5mm以上の範囲に亘って、且つ、当該中央部と前記外周部との境界から当該中央部の頂点までの高さである膨出高さが3μm以下となるように形成されている、

前記シューは、
可動部材の凹状曲面と摺動する第一摺動面と、
前記第一摺動面と連続するように、かつ、前記第一摺動面と反対側へ膨出するように形成されて前記斜板の平坦面と摺動する第二摺動面と、
を具備し、
前記第二摺動面は、
当該第二摺動面の外周縁を含むように当該第二摺動面の外周に沿って設けられた曲面状の外周部と、
当該第二摺動面の中央に当該外周部と連続して設けられ、当該外周部よりも曲率半径が大きくなるように形成された中央部と、
を具備し、
前記第二摺動面は、
当該第二摺動面の前記外周縁から前記中央部の頂点までの高さである膨出高さが15μm以下となるように形成されており、
前記斜板は、
前記平坦面に樹脂コーティング層を有する、
