Description
好ましくは、各二部構成歯列矯正ネジの冠部は、それぞれの第一開口部内に収容される。
各二部構成歯列矯正ネジの冠部をガイド本体に対して保持することにより、 ネジの冠部が外れ患者の食道や気管に侵入するリスクを無くし、口腔外科医がネジを安全に扱い係合させることができる。さらに、ドリルガイド内に収容されていれば、各歯列矯正ネジが輸送の際に失われるリスクも軽減される。
粘膜印象データの収集に加えて、上顎又は下顎の無歯顎弓10、12の画像、好ましくはコーンビーム断層撮影(CBCT)装置を用いて、CBCTスキャンを得ることができる。これにより、歯肉粘膜の表面下の上顎又は下顎の無歯顎弓10、12の立体的な画像データを描出することができ、また、そこには歯列矯正ネジ14も描出されており、デンタルインプラント埋入窩20を形成するための切削角度や位置を計算に必要な画像データが提供される。
工程S108では、デンタルインプラントドリルガイド24を使って、一つまたは複数のデンタルインプラント埋入窩20を上顎又は下顎の無歯顎弓10、12に切削することができ、ドリルシリンダーまたはカラーを使って、患者の骨組織18への 切削の角度や深度を正確に制御することができる。そのようなドリルシリンダーまたはカラーは、第二開口部36内で受合えられ、ドリルによるデンタルインプラントドリルガイド24への損害が防がれるか、制限される。工程S109でデンタルインプラント16がそれぞれのデンタルインプラント埋入窩20に挿入され、好ましくは、鍵または類似の係合工具を使ってデンタルインプラント16を定位置までねじ込むか推し込む。
Claims (7)
- 複数の二部構成歯列矯正ネジ(14)、二部構成歯列矯正ネジ(14)の先端部(38)と受合えるネジ山を持った各二部構成歯列矯正ネジ(14)の冠状部(44)、および、
デンタルインプラントドリルガイド(24)を含み、
そのデンタルインプラントドリルガイド(24)は、
患者の無歯顎の上顎又は下顎弓(10、12)と相補的な形状のガイド体(54)、
それぞれ該二部構成歯列矯正ネジ(14)の先端部(38)と係合できる歯列矯正ネジ座(26)を持ったガイド体(54)を通した複数の第一開口部(56)、および
無歯顎の上顎又は下顎弓(10、12)にデンタルインプラント埋入窩(20)を切孔するデンタルドリルが案内できるようにドリルガイドを形成できるように配置され大きさの決められた少なくとも一つの第二開口部(58)を含み、
ガイド体(54)が前方フレーム要素(31a)、後方フレーム要素(31b)、および、少なくとも一つの橋渡し要素(35)を含み、第一および第二開口部(56、58)が該またはそれぞれの橋渡し要素内(35)に位置されている、
デンタルインプラントドリルガイドシステム(50)。 - 該またはそれぞれの第二開口部(58)は、デンタルインプラントドリルガイド(24)の該またはそれぞれの第一開口部(56)より大きい、請求項1に記載のデンタルインプラントドリルガイドシステム(50)。
- さらに、各歯列矯正ネジ座(26)と二部構成歯列矯正ネジ(14)の先端部(38)の頭部(42)との間のポジティブロケーターを含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載のデンタルインプラントドリルガイドシステム(50)。
- ポジティブロケーターがデンタルインプラントドリルガイド(24)の第一開口部(56)と受合う二部構成歯列矯正ネジ(14)の先端部(38)のつば(43a)を含む、請求項3に記載のデンタルインプラントドリルガイドシステム(50)。
- ガイド体(54)が少なくとも一つの頬受台(32)を含む、請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載のデンタルインプラントドリルガイドシステム(50)。
- 各二部構成歯列矯正ネジ(14)の冠状部(44)がそれぞれの第一開口部(56)内に拘束される、請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載のデンタルインプラントドリルガイドシステム(50)。
- 二部構成歯列矯正ネジ(14)の先端部(38)が非統合型の歯列矯正ネジであり、二部構成歯列矯正ネジ(14)の先端部(38)がデンタルインプラントドリルガイド(24)の位置参照となる、請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載のデンタルインプラントドリルガイドシステム(50)。
