Description
以下に、本願出願の当初の特許請求の範囲に記載された発明を付記する。
[1] 排気ガスが通過する空間を有するケース;および
前記ケースに交互に積層され触媒がコーティングされる平板および波形板;を含み、
前記波形板は、前記平板を間において第1波形板と第2波形板が配置され、前記第1波形板と第2波形板は、第1波形部と第2波形部が交互に繰り返して形成され、前記第1波形部の頂点と第2波形部の頂点が向き合うように一致させて配列される、金属触媒担体。
[2] 前記第1波形部の頂点には凸部が形成され、前記第2波形部の頂点には凹部が形成され、前記平板には凹凸部が形成されて凸部が凹凸部に挿入され、凹凸部が凹部に挿入される、[1]に記載の金属触媒担体。
[3] 同じサイズを有する複数の板部材が一定の間隔で移送される移送部と、
前記移送部に移送される板部材に第1波形部と第2波形部を繰り返して形成するように互いに噛み合って回転する第1成形ローラおよび第2成形ローラと、
前記板部材が第1成形ローラと第2成形ローラに嵌合する開始地点を一致させてすべての板部材の形状を同一に成形する位置整列ユニットと、を含む、金属触媒担体の製造装置。
[4] 前記移送部は、板部材が安着された状態で移送されるベルトコンベヤである、[3]に記載の金属触媒担体の製造装置。
[5] 前記位置整列ユニットは、板部材を第1成形ローラと第2成形ローラの開始地点Pに投入する投入ユニットと、
前記開始地点に板部材が位置するとこれを感知する位置感知センサーと、
前記位置感知センサーで印加される信号によって投入ユニットの作動を制御する制御部と、を含む、[3]に記載の金属触媒担体の製造装置。
[6] 前記投入ユニットは、前記制御部が前記移送ユニットを制御して板部材を開始地点に投入する方法と、前記移送ユニットの一側に別途の投入装置を設置して板部材を開始地点に移動させる方法のうちいずれか1つを使用する、[5]に記載の金属触媒担体の製造装置。
[7] 同じサイズの板部材を移送部に沿って移動させる段階と、
前記板部材が設定された位置に到着すれば板部材の前方が開始地点に位置するように整列させる段階と、
開始地点に整列した板部材に第1波形部と第2波形部を交互に成形して波形板を製作する段階と、
製作された波形板と平板を交互にケース内部に積層する段階と、を含む、金属触媒担体の製造方法。
[8] 前記波形板は、第1波形部の頂点と第2波形部の頂点が向き合うように一致させて配列される、[7]に記載の金属触媒担体の製造方法。
[9] 前記波形板を製作する段階は、波形板が互いに噛み合って回転する第1成形ローラと第2成形ローラの間を通過して製作される、[7]に記載の金属触媒担体の製造方法。
[10] 前記板部材を開始地点に整列させる段階は、板部材が移送部に沿って移動して設定位置に到着すれば投入ユニットが作動して板部材を開始地点に移動させる段階と、
前記板部材が開始地点に位置すると位置感知センサーがこれを感知してその信号を制御部に印加する段階と、
前記制御部が投入ユニットの作動を停止して板部材を開始地点に整列させる段階と、を含む、[7]に記載の金属触媒担体の製造方法。
Claims (7)
- 同じサイズを有する複数の板部材が一定の間隔で移送される移送部と、
前記移送部に移送される板部材に第1波形部と第2波形部を繰り返して形成するように互いに噛み合って回転する第1成形ローラおよび第2成形ローラと、
前記板部材が第1成形ローラと第2成形ローラに嵌合する開始地点を一致させてすべての板部材の形状を同一に成形する位置整列ユニットと、を含む、金属触媒担体の製造装置。 - 前記移送部は、板部材が安着された状態で移送されるベルトコンベヤである、請求項1に記載の金属触媒担体の製造装置。
- 前記位置整列ユニットは、板部材を第1成形ローラと第2成形ローラの開始地点Pに投入する投入ユニットと、
前記開始地点に板部材が位置するとこれを感知する位置感知センサーと、
前記位置感知センサーで印加される信号によって投入ユニットの作動を制御する制御部と、を含む、請求項1に記載の金属触媒担体の製造装置。 - 前記投入ユニットは、前記制御部が前記移送部を制御して板部材を開始地点に投入する方法と、前記移送部の一側に別途の投入装置を設置して板部材を開始地点に移動させる方法のうちいずれか1つを使用する、請求項3に記載の金属触媒担体の製造装置。
- 同じサイズの板部材を移送部に沿って移動させる段階と、
前記板部材が設定された位置に到着すれば、板部材の前方が互いに噛み合って回転する第1成形ローラと第2成形ローラに嵌合する開始地点に位置するように整列させる段階と、
前記開始地点に整列した板部材を、前記第1成形ローラと前記第2成形ローラの間を通過させ、第1波形部と第2波形部を交互に成形して波形板を製作する段階と、
製作された波形板と平板を交互にケース内部に積層する段階と、を含む、金属触媒担体の製造方法。 - 前記波形板は、第1波形部の頂点と第2波形部の頂点が向き合うように一致させて配列される、請求項5に記載の金属触媒担体の製造方法。
- 前記板部材を開始地点に整列させる段階は、板部材が移送部に沿って移動して設定位置に到着すれば投入ユニットが作動して板部材を開始地点に移動させる段階と、
前記板部材が開始地点に位置すると位置感知センサーがこれを感知してその信号を制御部に印加する段階と、
前記制御部が投入ユニットの作動を停止して板部材を開始地点に整列させる段階と、を含む、請求項5に記載の金属触媒担体の製造方法。
