コア−シェル構造を有し、コアが酸化ケイ素を含み、シェルが金属酸化物を含むカラーシフト顔料と、
ポリマー成分とを含み;カラーシフト顔料がポリマー成分内部に分散した、カラーシフト材料。
<2> 酸化ケイ素が二酸化ケイ素を含む、<1>に記載のカラーシフト材料。
<3> 金属酸化物が、二酸化チタン、酸化スズ、三酸化セレン、酸化第二セリウム、酸化イットリウム、酸化第二鉄、酸化亜鉛、酸化ジルコニウム、酸化銅、酸化鉄、酸化アルミニウム、亜鉛鉄クロム酸化物、鉄クロム酸化物、ニッケルアンチモンチタン酸化物、クロムアンチモンチタン酸化物、クロムアルミニウム酸化物、コバルトクロム酸化物、コバルトチタン酸化物、クロム鉄酸化物、銅クロム酸化物、クロム鉄ニッケル酸化物、コバルトアルミニウム酸化物、コバルトクロムアルミニウム酸化物、亜鉛鉄酸化物、およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、<1>に記載のカラーシフト材料。

カラーシフト材料から1つ以上のフィラメントが作られる、三次元生成物。
<6> シェルの金属酸化物は、二酸化チタン、酸化スズ、三酸化セレン、酸化第二セリウム、酸化イットリウム、酸化第二鉄、酸化亜鉛、酸化ジルコニウム、酸化銅、酸化鉄、酸化アルミニウム、亜鉛鉄クロム酸化物、鉄クロム酸化物、ニッケルアンチモンチタン酸化物、クロムアンチモンチタン酸化物、クロムアルミニウム酸化物、コバルトクロム酸化物、コバルトチタン酸化物、クロム鉄酸化物、銅クロム酸化物、クロム鉄ニッケル酸化物、コバルトアルミニウム酸化物、コバルトクロムアルミニウム酸化物、亜鉛鉄酸化物、およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、<5>に記載のカラーシフト材料。
<7> ポリマー成分が、アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン(ABS)、ポリ乳酸(PLA)、ナイロン、ポリエチレンテレフタラート(PET)、ポリビニルアルコール(PVA)、高衝撃性ポリスチレン(HIPS)、または天然木材、レイウッド、およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、<5>に記載のカラーシフト材料。
<8> 100℃〜約200℃で約200センチポイズ〜約10,000センチポイズの粘度、約0.5〜約5ギガパスカルのヤング弾性率、約50℃〜約200℃のT g を有する、<5>に記載のカラーシフト材料。
<9> 三次元印刷方法であって、
コア−シェル構造を有し、コアが酸化ケイ素を含み、シェルが金属酸化物を含むカラーシフト顔料と、
ポリマー成分とを含み;カラーシフト顔料がポリマー成分内部に分散した、三次元印刷に使用するためのカラーシフト材料を提供することと;
カラーシフト材料を押出成形してフィラメントを与えることと;
加熱したノズルにフィラメントを供給し、カラーシフト材料を基材に塗布し、基材の上に三次元物体を作製することとを含む、方法。
<10> シェルの金属酸化物が、二酸化チタン、酸化スズ、三酸化セレン、酸化第二セリウム、酸化イットリウム、酸化第二鉄、酸化亜鉛、酸化ジルコニウム、酸化銅、酸化鉄、酸化アルミニウム、亜鉛鉄クロム酸化物、鉄クロム酸化物、ニッケルアンチモンチタン酸化物、クロムアンチモンチタン酸化物、クロムアルミニウム酸化物、コバルトクロム酸化物、コバルトチタン酸化物、クロム鉄酸化物、銅クロム酸化物、クロム鉄ニッケル酸化物、コバルトアルミニウム酸化物、コバルトクロムアルミニウム酸化物、亜鉛鉄酸化物、およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択され、ポリマー成分が、アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン(ABS)、ポリ乳酸(PLA)、ナイロン、ポリエチレンテレフタラート(PET)、ポリビニルアルコール(PVA)、高衝撃性ポリスチレン(HIPS)、または天然木材、レイウッド、およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、<9>に記載の方法。
Claims (5)
- 三次元印刷のためのカラーシフト材料を含む三次元生成物であって、
コア−シェル構造を有し、コアが二酸化ケイ素を含み、シェルが金属酸化物を含み、カラーシフトのコアが、合計重量の10〜90重量%のカラーシフト顔料を含み、金属酸化物のシェルが、合計重量の10〜90重量%のカラーシフト顔料を含む、カラーシフト顔料と、
ポリマー成分とを含み;カラーシフト顔料がポリマー成分内部に分散し;
カラーシフト材料が100℃〜200℃で200センチポイズ〜10,000センチポイズの粘度、0.5〜5ギガパスカルのヤング弾性率、及び50℃〜200℃のT g を有し、前記カラーシフト材料から1つ以上のフィラメントが作られる、三次元生成物。 - 前記カラーシフト顔料のシェルの金属酸化物は、二酸化チタン、酸化スズ、三酸化セレン、酸化第二セリウム、酸化イットリウム、酸化第二鉄、酸化亜鉛、酸化ジルコニウム、酸化銅、酸化鉄、酸化アルミニウム、亜鉛鉄クロム酸化物、鉄クロム酸化物、ニッケルアンチモンチタン酸化物、クロムアンチモンチタン酸化物、クロムアルミニウム酸化物、コバルトクロム酸化物、コバルトチタン酸化物、クロム鉄酸化物、銅クロム酸化物、クロム鉄ニッケル酸化物、コバルトアルミニウム酸化物、コバルトクロムアルミニウム酸化物、亜鉛鉄酸化物、およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の三次元印刷のためのカラーシフト材料含む三次元生成物。
- ポリマー成分が、アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン(ABS)、ポリ乳酸(PLA)、ナイロン、ポリエチレンテレフタラート(PET)、ポリビニルアルコール(PVA)、高衝撃性ポリスチレン(HIPS)、または天然木材、レイウッド、およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の三次元印刷のためのカラーシフト材料含む三次元生成物。
- 三次元印刷方法であって、
コア−シェル構造を有し、コアが酸化ケイ素を含み、シェルが金属酸化物を含むカラーシフト顔料と、
ポリマー成分とを含み;カラーシフト顔料がポリマー成分内部に分散した、三次元印刷に使用するためのカラーシフト材料を提供することと;
カラーシフト材料を押出成形してフィラメントを与えることと;
加熱したノズルにフィラメントを供給し、カラーシフト材料を基材に塗布し、基材の上に三次元物体を作製することとを含む、方法。 - シェルの金属酸化物が、二酸化チタン、酸化スズ、三酸化セレン、酸化第二セリウム、酸化イットリウム、酸化第二鉄、酸化亜鉛、酸化ジルコニウム、酸化銅、酸化鉄、酸化アルミニウム、亜鉛鉄クロム酸化物、鉄クロム酸化物、ニッケルアンチモンチタン酸化物、クロムアンチモンチタン酸化物、クロムアルミニウム酸化物、コバルトクロム酸化物、コバルトチタン酸化物、クロム鉄酸化物、銅クロム酸化物、クロム鉄ニッケル酸化物、コバルトアルミニウム酸化物、コバルトクロムアルミニウム酸化物、亜鉛鉄酸化物、およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択され、ポリマー成分が、アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン(ABS)、ポリ乳酸(PLA)、ナイロン、ポリエチレンテレフタラート(PET)、ポリビニルアルコール(PVA)、高衝撃性ポリスチレン(HIPS)、または天然木材、レイウッド、およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項4に記載の方法。
