Claims (6)
- オイルを貯留する第1貯留部と、
回転電機と、
駆動力伝達装置と、
電動オイルポンプと、
を備え、
前記電動オイルポンプを駆動し、前記第1貯留部に貯留されたオイルを、前記駆動力伝達装置及び前記回転電機へ供給する、
車両の潤滑構造であって、
前記第1貯留部よりも容量が小さい、前記オイルを貯留する第2貯留部と、
前記第1貯留部と前記第2貯留部とを結ぶ第1油路と、
前記第2貯留部と前記駆動力伝達装置及び前記回転電機とを結ぶ第2油路と、
を備え、
前記第2油路は、前記駆動力伝達装置と前記回転電機とに対して、それぞれ前記オイルを供給するための分岐油路を有し、
前記電動オイルポンプを、前記第1油路または前記第2油路に配置し、
前記オイルを冷却するオイルクーラーを備えており、
前記第2貯留部は、前記オイルクーラーと一体で構成されていることを特徴とする車両の潤滑構造。 - 請求項1に記載の車両の潤滑構造において、
前記第2貯留部は、前記第1貯留部に貯留された前記オイルの静的油面の高さよりも上方に設けられていることを特徴とする車両の潤滑構造。 - 請求項2に記載の車両の潤滑構造において、
前記第2貯留部から前記第1貯留部への前記オイルの逆流を防止する逆止弁を設けたことを特徴とする車両の潤滑構造。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の車両の潤滑構造において、
前記第1貯留部を収容するケースを備えており、
前記第2貯留部は、前記ケースの外に配置されていることを特徴とする車両の潤滑構造。 - オイルを貯留する第1貯留部と、
回転電機と、
駆動力伝達装置と、
電動オイルポンプと、
前記第1貯留部よりも容量が小さい、前記オイルを貯留する第2貯留部と、
前記第1貯留部と前記第2貯留部とを結ぶ第1油路と、
前記第2貯留部と前記駆動力伝達装置及び前記回転電機とを結ぶ第2油路と、
前記電動オイルポンプを制御する制御装置と、
を備え、
前記第2油路は、前記駆動力伝達装置と前記回転電機とに対して、それぞれ前記オイルを供給するための分岐油路を有し、
前記電動オイルポンプを、前記第1油路または前記第2油路に配置しており、
前記電動オイルポンプを駆動して、前記第1貯留部に貯留されたオイルを、前記駆動力伝達装置及び前記回転電機へ供給する、車両の潤滑制御方法であって、
前記制御装置は、車両システムの起動要求を示す信号を受信した後に、前記電動オイルポンプを一定時間作動させることを特徴とする車両の潤滑制御方法。 - 請求項5に記載の車両の潤滑制御方法において、
前記制御装置は、前記電動オイルポンプの作動停止時間が所定時間以上の場合に、前記電動オイルポンプを一定時間作動させることを特徴とする車両の潤滑制御方法。
