Description
−配合物の調製−
(第1混合工程)
混合開始前に、接線ローターを有し、内容積が2リットルのミキサーに架橋性ポリマーベース、初めて使用されるカーボンブラック、熱分解からのカーボンブラック(必要な場合)を装填し、66〜72%の充填率とした。
前の工程から得られた混合物を、40〜60回転/分の速度で操作したミキサー中で再加工し、その後、130〜150℃の温度に達したところで排出した。
硫黄、加硫剤および酸化防止剤を、前の工程から得られた混合物に添加し、63〜67%の充填率とした。
Claims (8)
- 架橋性不飽和鎖ポリマーベースと、カーボンブラックと、加硫系とを含む空気入りタイヤ用のゴム配合物であって、
前記カーボンブラックの一部が、表面官能化を有する熱分解からのカーボンブラック(Csf)であり;
熱分解からのカーボンブラックは、その表面上に官能基のないリサイクルカーボンブラックであり、
前記熱分解からのカーボンブラック(Csf)が、少なくとも1つのチオール基またはジスルフィド基を含むアミノ酸化合物での前記リサイクルカーボンブラックの処理に由来し、
前記熱分解からのカーボンブラック(Csf)が、5〜15重量%の表面官能化を有することを特徴とする、空気入りタイヤ用のゴム配合物。 - 前記アミノ酸化合物が、HSCH2CHNH2COOHまたは(SCH2CHNH2COOH)2である、請求項1に記載のゴム配合物。
- 前記熱分解からのカーボンブラック(Csf)が、全てのカーボンブラックのphrで2〜25%の量で前記配合物に存在する、請求項1または2に記載のゴム配合物。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のゴム配合物を用いて製造された、空気入りタイヤの部分。
- 前記空気入りタイヤのケーシングの一部である、請求項4に記載の空気入りタイヤの部分。
- 熱分解からのカーボンブラック(Csf)であって、熱分解からのカーボンブラックは、その表面上に官能基のないリサイクルカーボンブラックであり、
前記熱分解からのカーボンブラック(Csf)は、チオール基またはジスルフィド基を有するアミノ酸化合物での前記リサイクルカーボンブラックの処理に由来し、
前記熱分解からのカーボンブラック(Csf)が、5〜15重量%の表面官能化を有する、熱分解からのカーボンブラック(Csf)。 - 前記アミノ酸化合物が、HSCH2CHNH2COOHまたは(SCH2CHNH2COOH)2である、請求項6に記載の熱分解からのカーボンブラック(Csf)。
- 請求項6または7に記載の熱分解からのカーボンブラック(Csf)の空気入りタイヤの製造用のゴム配合物における使用。
