Description
ワーク加工装置100は、ワークテーブル101を備えている。ワークテーブル101は、ワーク加工装置100の加工対象である被加工物WKをクランプ102と協働して着脱自在に保持する部品であり、鋳物材を平板状に形成して構成されている。本実施形態においては、ワークテーブル101は、図示X軸方向に延びる平面視で長方形状に形成されている。このワークテーブル101は、後述する加工ヘッド140に対向する位置に水平な姿勢で、テーブル変位機構103上に支持されている。
次に、上記のように構成したワーク加工装置100の作動について説明する。このワーク加工装置100は、被加工物WKを加工する工場内に単独で配置または加工ライン内に組み込まれて被加工物WKを加工する一工程を構成する。本実施形態においては、被加工物WKに対して溶射加工の加工工程に関する事項についてのみ説明し、本発明に直接関わらない他の加工工程については説明を省略する。

Claims (7)
- 被加工物に対して加工を行う加工ヘッドに対向配置されて前記被加工物を保持するワークテーブルと、
前記ワークテーブルを前記加工ヘッドの配置方向に直交する方向に変位させるためのテーブル変位機構と、
前記テーブル変位機構を駆動するための駆動力を発生させるテーブル変位機構駆動装置と、
前記ワークテーブルおよび前記テーブル変位機構を一体的に回転駆動可能に支持するテーブル回転駆動装置と、
前記テーブル変位機構駆動装置および前記テーブル回転駆動装置の作動をそれぞれ制御する制御装置とを備えたワーク加工装置において、
前記テーブル変位機構駆動装置を前記テーブル変位機構に対して接近または離隔させて前記テーブル変位機構に対して前記テーブル変位機構駆動装置を接続または分離する駆動源変位装置を備えることを特徴とするワーク加工装置。 - 請求項1に記載したワーク加工装置において、
前記テーブル回転駆動装置は、さらに、
ウエイト保持具を回転駆動可能に支持しており、
前記ウエイト保持具は、
前記ワークテーブルの位置に対して前記テーブル回転駆動装置の回転中心軸を介した反対側にカウンターウエイトを保持することを特徴とするワーク加工装置。
- 請求項2に記載したワーク加工装置において、さらに、
前記ウエイト保持具を前記テーブル回転駆動装置における回転中心軸に対して径方向に変位させるためのウエイト変位機構を備えることを特徴とするワーク加工装置。 - 請求項3に記載したワーク加工装置において、
前記ウエイト変位機構は、
前記テーブル変位機構駆動装置によって駆動されることを特徴とするワーク加工装置。 - 請求項3または請求項4に記載したワーク加工装置において、
前記ウエイト保持具は、
前記テーブル回転駆動装置と前記ワークテーブルとの間に配置されていることを特徴とするワーク加工装置。 - 請求項1ないし請求項5のうちのいずれか1つに記載したワーク加工装置において、さらに、
前記テーブル回転駆動装置に設けられて油圧、空圧、電力および電気信号のうちの少なくとも1つを入出力するテーブル側入出力部と、
前記テーブル側入出力部に対して前記油圧、空圧、電力および電気信号のうちの少なくとも1つを入出力する本体側入出力部と、
前記本体側入出力部を前記テーブル側入出力部に対して接近または離隔させて前記テーブル側入出力部に対して前記本体側入出力部を接続または分離する入出力部変位装置とを備えることを特徴とするワーク加工装置。 - 請求項1ないし請求項6のうちのいずれか1つに記載したワーク加工装置において、
前記制御装置は、
前記テーブル回転駆動装置によって回転駆動する前記ワークテーブルの回転駆動を停止させる際、前記テーブル変位機構における前記テーブル変位機構駆動装置との接続部分が同テーブル変位機構駆動装置における前記テーブル変位機構への接続部分に対向する位置で停止するように前記テーブル回転駆動装置の作動を制御することを特徴とするワーク加工装置。
