Claims (1)
- LEDディスプレイモジュールにおいて、
基板と、前記基板の上部面に実装される複数のディスプレイ素子と、前記基板の上部面に形成される上部回路パターンと、前記基板の上部面または下部面に実装されるコントローラ素子と、前記基板の下部面に形成される下部回路パターンと、前記上部回路パターンと前記下部回路パターンを電気的に連結する側面部配線と、を備え、
前記複数のディスプレイ素子は、全てマイクロLEDであり、前記側面部配線は、蒸着により形成される導電性金属薄膜層であり、前記側面部配線上に蒸着形成される保護層をさらに備え、
前記LEDディスプレイモジュールは、LEDディスプレイを構成するために、横方向及び縦方向のうち、少なくとも一方向に連結されて配列され、隣接して連結されるLEDディスプレイモジュールは、各保護層が互いに面接触するように配置され、前記各保護層の角部は、ラウンド状を有し、
前記複数のディスプレイ素子は、少なくとも二つの分類群に分けられ、
前記側面部配線は、前記少なくとも二つの分類群のそれぞれに対応して積層形成される少なくとも二つの導電性金属薄膜層と、隣接する前記少なくとも二つの導電性金属薄膜層の間に形成される絶縁層と、を有することを特徴とするLEDディスプレイモジュール。
