Abstract
Description
実施の形態1に係る差圧センサについて説明する。本実施の形態では、差圧センサとして半導体差圧センサを例示している。本実施の形態に係る半導体差圧センサは、例えば、自動車のガソリンタンクに取り付けられ、ガソリン蒸気の圧力変化を検出するために用いられる。
Claims (4)
- 大気圧と測定媒体の圧力との差圧を検出するセンサモジュールと、
前記センサモジュールを収容するとともに、大気を内部に導入する大気導入孔が形成されたケース体と、
前記ケース体の内側から前記大気導入孔を覆うように設けられたフィルタと、
を備え、
前記ケース体は、前記ケース体の内側に凸となる凸部を有しており、
前記凸部は、上面部を有しており、
前記大気導入孔は、前記凸部の前記上面部に設けられており、
前記凸部は、前記上面部から前記ケース体の内側に突出して前記大気導入孔の周囲を囲む環状突起をさらに有しており、
前記フィルタは、前記凸部の前記環状突起に接合されている差圧センサ。 - 前記凸部は、前記ケース体の外側に中空部が形成される筒状の形状を有している請求項1に記載の差圧センサ。
- 前記大気導入孔は、前記中空部と同軸に形成されており、
前記中空部は、前記大気導入孔の断面積よりも大きい断面積を有している請求項2に記載の差圧センサ。 - 前記上面部には、前記ケース体の内側に突出して前記フィルタの外周を囲む外壁部が形成されている請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の差圧センサ。
