Claims (7)
- 自動車用の取付構造であって、
シリンダヘッドと、
前記シリンダヘッドに隣接して配置されたEGRバルブと、
ブラケットであって、
前記シリンダヘッドに取り付けられた第1部分と、
前記EGRバルブに取り付けられた第2部分と、
前記第1部分と前記第2部分との間に配置され、かつ前記ブラケットの残りの部分よりも低い剛性を有する低剛性部とを含む、該ブラケットと、
前記EGRバルブに隣接して配置された車両部品とを含み、
前記低剛性部は、前記EGRバルブが前記車両部品から衝撃荷重を受けたときに破断するように構成されていることを特徴とする取付構造。 - 請求項1に記載の取付構造であって、
前記ブラケットは、前記衝撃荷重によって前記ブラケットが最初に破断する初期破断部をさらに含むことを特徴とする取付構造。 - 請求項2に記載の取付構造であって、
前記初期破断部は、前記低剛性部に連続して形成されたノッチであることを特徴とする取付構造。 - 請求項3に記載の取付構造であって、
前記低剛性部は溝であることを特徴とする取付構造。 - 請求項4に記載の取付構造であって、
前記車両部品は、前記自動車のブレーキブースターであることを特徴とする取付構造。 - 請求項5に記載の取付構造であって、
前記ブラケットは、前記低剛性部で破断するように構成され、前記シリンダヘッドと前記EGRバルブとの間の距離が変化することにより前記ブレーキブースターからの前記衝撃荷重を吸収することを特徴とする取付構造。 - 請求項1に記載の取付構造であって、
前記ブラケットは、樹脂で形成されていることを特徴とする取付構造。
