Description
Claims (11)
- 噴射ディスペンサであって、
アクチュエータハウジングと、
前記アクチュエータハウジング内のアクチュエータと、
一端において前記アクチュエータハウジングにヒンジ部で結合された流体本体部ハウジングであって、他端において当該流体本体部ハウジングが前記アクチュエータハウジングに結合される位置と当該流体本体部ハウジングが前記アクチュエータハウジングから取り外される位置との間で回動されることが可能な流体本体部ハウジングと、
前記流体本体部ハウジングに結合されていて、流体孔に連通する流体入口部と、噴射バルブと、を含む流体本体部と、
を備え、
前記噴射バルブは、前記流体本体部ハウジングが前記アクチュエータハウジングに結合される時に前記アクチュエータに動作可能に結合される可動シャフトを含んでおり、
前記可動シャフトは、前記流体孔から流体の量を噴射するべく前記アクチュエータによって移動され、
前記流体本体部は、前記流体本体部ハウジングが前記アクチュエータハウジングから取り外される時、前記流体本体部ハウジングから取り外し可能である
ことを特徴とする噴射ディスペンサ。 - 前記アクチュエータは、
適用電圧に応じて第1距離だけ伸長する圧電ユニットと、
前記圧電ユニットに動作可能に結合された増幅器と、
を更に有している
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の噴射ディスペンサ。 - 前記流体本体部ハウジングは、前記他端において回転コネクタで前記アクチュエータハウジングに結合されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の噴射ディスペンサ。 - 前記流体本体部ハウジングは、フック形のフランジ部を更に有しており、当該フランジ部に対して前記回転コネクタは、前記他端において前記アクチュエータハウジングを当該流体本体部ハウジングに結合するべく、係合する
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の噴射ディスペンサ。 - コネクタハウジングが、前記アクチュエータハウジングに堅固に固定されており、
回転シャフトが、前記回転コネクタを含んでいて、前記コネクタハウジング内に位置している
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の噴射ディスペンサ。 - 前記流体本体部ハウジングは、前記他端において可動ピンで前記アクチュエータハウジングに結合されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の噴射ディスペンサ。 - 前記可動ピンは、前記流体本体部ハウジング内のスロット内で移動することによって、前記流体本体部ハウジングと前記アクチュエータハウジングとを結合する
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の噴射ディスペンサ。 - コネクタハウジングが、前記アクチュエータハウジングに堅固に固定されていて、バネ付勢要素を含んでおり、
前記可動ピンは、前記他端において前記流体本体部ハウジングと前記アクチュエータハウジングとを結合する乃至取り外すべく、前記バネ付勢要素に抗して前記アクチュエータハウジングに向かって移動される
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の噴射ディスペンサ。 - 前記アクチュエータハウジングは、孔を有しており、
前記流体本体部は、前記噴射バルブを含むタペット組立体を有しており、
前記タペット組立体は、前記アクチュエータハウジングと前記流体本体部ハウジングとが結合される時、前記アクチュエータハウジングの前記孔内に保持される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の噴射ディスペンサ。 - 前記タペット組立体は、前記流体本体部から取り外し可能である
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の噴射ディスペンサ。 - 前記流体本体部ハウジングは、流体漏洩の経路を提供するためのT字溝を有して構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の噴射ディスペンサ。
