Description
まず、一般式(1)に表されるアルコキシアントラセン化合物について説明する。
一般式(1)で表されるアントラセン化合物を含有する光重合性組成物を基材上に塗布して重合硬化させて重合皮膜を形成させることにより、ブルーライトカットフィルムを製造することができる。
本発明の光重合性組成物に用いられる光重合開始剤について説明する。光重合開始剤としては、オニウム塩、ベンジルメチルケタール系光重合開始剤、α−ヒドロキシアルキルフェノン系光重合開始剤、α−アミノフェノン系光重合開始剤、アシルホスフィンオキサイド系光重合開始剤、オキシムエステル系光重合開始剤、ビイミダゾール系光重合開始剤などが挙げられる。
次に、重合性化合物について説明する。重合性化合物としては、カチオン重合性化合物、ラジカル重合性化合物のどちらも用いることができる。まず初めに、カチオン重合性化合物である場合を説明する。
本発明の一般式(1)に表されるアルコキシアントラセン化合物、上述の光重合開始剤及び上述の重合性化合物を混合することにより、光重合性組成物とすることができる。一般式(1)に表されるアルコキシアントラセン化合物と光重合開始剤を別々に重合性化合物に添加することも可能であるが、一般式(1)に表されるアルコキシアントラセン化合物と光重合開始剤をあらかじめ混合した後に、重合性化合物に添加することも可能である。
本発明の光重合性組成物は、一般に基材の上に薄く塗布して用いられるため、塗工性が良好となるとの観点から、更に、溶剤を含むのが好ましい。溶剤は、上述した各成分を溶解することができるものであれば特に限定されない。例えば、メチルエチルケトン(MEK)、メチルイソブチケトン(MIBK)、シクロヘキサノンのようなケトン類;プロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテル(PGME)、イソプロピルアルコール(IPA)のようなアルコール;シクロヘキサンのようなシクロアルカン;トルエン、キシレン、ベンジルアルコールのような芳香族炭化水素化合物が挙げられる。なかでも、溶解性、乾燥性や塗装性に優れるという観点から、メチルエチルケトン、シクロヘキサノン、MIBKが好ましい。溶剤は、それぞれ単独でまたは2種以上を組み合わせて使用することができる。
本発明の組成物は、重合皮膜のブルーライトカット機能がより良好となるとの理由から、更に、レベリング剤を含むのが好ましい。レベリング剤としては、例えば、シリコーン系レベリング剤、アクリル系レベリング剤、ビニル系レベリング剤、フッ素系レベリング剤等が挙げられる。これらのうち、重合皮膜の均一性を高め、結果として、重合皮膜の透明性が良好となるという理由から、アクリル系レベリング剤を用いるのが好ましい。
本発明のブルーライトカットフィルムは、基材上に上記光重合性組成物を塗布し、光を照射することにより重合硬化させ重合皮膜を形成することにより製造することができる。
基材としては特に限定されず、その構成材料としては、例えば、プラスチック、ゴム、ガラス、金属、セラミック等が挙げられる。ここで、プラスチックは、熱重合性樹脂および熱可塑性樹脂のいずれであってもよく、その具体例としては、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、シクロオレフィン系重合体(単独重合体、共重合体、水素添加物を含む。例えば、COPやCOC)、ポリメチルメタクリレート樹脂(PMMA樹脂)、ポリカーボネート樹脂、ポリスチレン樹脂、アクリロニトリル・スチレン共重合樹脂、ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂、アセテート樹脂、ABS樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂等が挙げられる。また、上記基材は、例えば、コロナ処理のような表面処理がなされていてもよい。また、上記基材の形態は特に限定されないが、フィルム状であるのが好ましい。
本発明の光重合性組成物が光重合したかどうかを判定する方法としては、例えば、タックフリーテスト(指触テスト)により行うことができる。すなわち、光重合性組成物に光照射すると、重合して表面のタック(べたつき)が取れるため、光照射を開始してからタック(べたつき)が取れるまでの時間を測定し、光重合時間を計測する方法である。
重合性組成物の上に被せる酸素非透過性のフィルム106としては、ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム、ポリエチレンフィルム、ポリスチレンフィルム等が挙げられる。
本発明のブルーライトカットフィルムは、例えば、電子画像表示装置、眼鏡レンズ、照明(特に、LED照明)用の保護カバー、太陽電池モジュール部材等に使用することができる。電子画像表示装置としては、例えば、パソコン、テレビ、タッチパネル、ウェラブル端末(例えば、眼鏡型、腕時計型などの身体に身につけることが可能なコンピューター端末)などのディスプレイ用途電子デバイス部品が挙げられる。本発明の積層体を電子画像表示装置等に内蔵または後付け(例えば外部からの貼付等)することができる。本発明の積層体を電子画像表示装置等に内蔵する場合、例えば反射板以外の部分に適用することができる。具体的には例えば、レンズシート、拡散シート、導光板に適用することができる。本発明の組成物を電子画像表示装置に直接適用して重合皮膜を形成することができる。

<カチオン系硬化フィルムの調製>
ブルーライト吸収剤として、9,10−ビス(オクタノイルオキシ)アントラセン(OcA)を1部、光重合開始剤としてイルガキュア250を2部、重合性化合物としてセロキサイド2021Pを100部、溶剤としてメチルエチルケトンを30部、レベリング剤としてアクリル系レベリング剤(BYK361N、ビックケミー・ジャパン社製)0.1部を撹拌下混合し、光カチオン重合性組成物を調製した。
上記のようにして得られた各光重合性組成物をTACフィルム(厚さ100μm)上にバーコーターを用いて乾燥後の膜厚で18μmとなるよう塗布し、これにサンダー社製の395nmLED−UVを用いて照射(照射条件:照射強度3,6mW/cm2、)して光重合性組成物を重合させ、積層体を作製した。
製造したブルーライトカットフィルムを用いて以下の評価を行った。結果を第1表に示す。
上述のとおり製造したブルーライトカットフィルムに、装置としてサンダー社製395nmUV−LEDを照射し、その395nmのブルーライトカットフィルム透過後の照度をウシオ電機株式会社製 紫外線照度計 UNI−METER UIT−101、受光器はUVD−405PDを用いて測定した。測定結果を下記式に当てはめて積層体のブルーライトの395nmでのカット率を算出した。
ブルーライト吸収剤、光重合開始剤及び重合性化合物を下記表1の各成分とし、表1に示す組成(質量部)で、実施例1と同様にして撹拌機を用いて混合し、光重合性組成物を調製した。そして実施例1と同様に得られた光重合性組成物を重合させ、積層体を作成し、実施例1と同様に重合皮膜の395nmUV−LED光のカット率を測定し、その結果を表1に記載した。
<ラジカル系硬化フィルムの調製>
ブルーライト吸収剤として、9,10−ビス(オクタノイルオキシ)アントラセン(OcA)を1部、光重合開始剤としてイルガキュア1173を5部、重合性化合物としてビスコート400を100部、溶剤としてメチルエチルケトンを30部、レベリング剤としてアクリル系レベリング剤(BYK361N、ビックケミー・ジャパン社製)0.1部を撹拌下混合し、光ラジカル重合性組成物を調製し、実施例1と同様の方法でブルーライトカットフィルムを製造し、実施例1と同様の方法で、評価し、その結果を表2に記載した。
ブルーライト吸収剤、光重合開始剤及び重合性化合物を下記表2の各成分とし、表2に示す組成(質量部)で、実施例5と同様にして撹拌機を用いて混合し、光重合性組成物を調製した。そして実施例5と同様に得られた光重合性組成物を重合させ、積層体を作成し、実施例5と同様に重合皮膜の395nmUV−LED光のカット率を測定し、その結果を表2に記載した。

- 340nmから495nmの波長範囲にある波長を持つ光線をカットするブルーライトカットフィルムであって、当該フィルム中に一般式(1)で表されるアシルオキシアントラセン化合物を含有することを特徴とする、ブルーライトカットフィルム。
