Description
亜鉛前駆体溶液を準備するステップ;
フェライト前駆体溶液を準備するステップ;
前記亜鉛前駆体溶液を塩基性水溶液と接触させて第1沈殿物を得るステップ;
前記フェライト前駆体溶液を第1沈殿物に添加して第2沈殿物を得るステップ;及び
前記第2沈殿物をろ過した後、乾燥して焼成するステップ
を含む亜鉛フェライト触媒の製造方法を提供する。
前述の亜鉛フェライト触媒を準備するステップ;及び
前記亜鉛フェライト触媒をブテンの酸化的脱水素化反応に使用してブタジエンを製造するステップ
を含むブタジエンの製造方法を提供する。

Claims (9)
- 亜鉛前駆体の溶液を準備するステップ;
フェライト前駆体の溶液を準備するステップ;
前記亜鉛前駆体の溶液を塩基性水溶液と接触させて第1沈殿物を得るステップ;
前記フェライト前駆体の溶液を第1沈殿物に添加して第2沈殿物を得るステップ;及び
前記第2沈殿物をろ過した後、乾燥して焼成するステップ
を含み、
前記第2沈殿物を焼成するステップは、
80℃から1℃/minの速度で昇温し、
600℃から800℃で5時間から10時間維持する
亜鉛フェライト触媒の製造方法。 - 前記亜鉛前駆体の溶液を準備するステップは、亜鉛前駆体を純水(DI water)に、純水100重量部基準で、0.1重量部から99重量部溶解させる
請求項1に記載の亜鉛フェライト触媒の製造方法。 - 前記フェライト前駆体の溶液を準備するステップは、フェライト前駆体を純水(DI water)に、純水100重量部基準で、1重量部から80重量部溶解させる
請求項1または2に記載の亜鉛フェライト触媒の製造方法。 - 前記亜鉛前駆体及び前記フェライト前駆体は、それぞれ独立して硝酸塩(nitrate)、アンモニウム塩(ammonium salt)、硫酸塩(sulfate)、及び塩化物(chloride)からなる群から選択される1種以上またはこれらの水化物である
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の亜鉛フェライト触媒の製造方法。 - 前記亜鉛前駆体は、亜鉛クロライド(ZnCl2)である
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の亜鉛フェライト触媒の製造方法。 - 前記フェライト前駆体は、フェリッククロライドハイドレート(FeCl3・6H2O)である
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の亜鉛フェライト触媒の製造方法。 - 前記塩基性水溶液のpHは、7から10である
請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の亜鉛フェライト触媒の製造方法。 - 前記塩基性水溶液は、水酸化カリウム、炭酸アンモニウム、炭酸水素アンモニウム、水酸化ナトリウム水溶液、炭酸ナトリウム水溶液、及びアンモニア水からなる群から選択された1種以上である
請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の亜鉛フェライト触媒の製造方法。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の亜鉛フェライト触媒の製造方法で亜鉛フェライト触媒を準備するステップ;及び
前記亜鉛フェライト触媒をブテンの酸化的脱水素化反応に使用してブタジエンを製造するステップ
を含む
