Claims (6)
- 液圧式の車両ブレーキ装置のブレーキ制御システムの液圧装置のための液圧ブロックであって、液圧蓄圧器(2)を有しており、前記液圧蓄圧器(2)は、
前記液圧ブロック(1)から突き出して前記液圧ブロック(1)に取り付けられる蓄圧器カバー(6)と、
一部が前記液圧ブロック(1)の盲孔(5)によって形成され、一部が中空の前記蓄圧器カバー(6)によって形成される蓄圧器シリンダ(4)と、
前記蓄圧器シリンダ(4)内に軸方向で可動に受容される蓄圧器ピストン(3)と、を有し、
前記蓄圧器ピストン(3)は、前記液圧ブロック(1)の前記盲孔(5)内の前記液圧ブロック(1)に向いた側の端部でまたはこの端部の近傍でシールされ、かつ前記盲孔(5)内で前記蓄圧器ピストン(3)をガイドする第1のピストンガイド(11)と、前記蓄圧器カバー(6)内で、前記液圧ブロック(1)とは反対側の端部でまたはこの端部の近傍で前記蓄圧器ピストン(3)をガイドする第2のピストンガイド(12)を有し、
前記蓄圧器ピストン(3)は、前記第2のピストンガイド(12)を形成する直径増大部を有する、ことを特徴とする、
液圧式の車両ブレーキ装置のブレーキ制御システムの液圧装置のための液圧ブロック。 - 前記蓄圧器ピストン(3)が、前記液圧ブロック(1)の前記盲孔(5)内の、前記液圧ブロック(1)に向いた側の端部でシールされていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の液圧ブロック。
- 前記蓄圧器ピストン(3)が、前記液圧ブロック(1)とは反対側に空洞(9)を備えた中空ピストンであることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の液圧ブロック。
- 様々な蓄圧器容積を得るために、前記液圧ブロック(1)内の前記盲孔(5)、前記蓄圧器ピストン(3)、ピストンスプリング(14)および/または前記蓄圧器カバー(6)は、変わらないことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の液圧ブロック。
- 前記蓄圧器カバー(6)が弁カバー(21)内に配置されており、該弁カバー(21)が、前記液圧ブロック(1)の一方側(25)に配置されていて、前記ブレーキ制御システムの電磁弁(16)をカバーし、該電磁弁(16)が、前記液圧ブロック(1)の弁受け部(17)内に機械的に固定され、かつ液圧式に接続されていて、前記液圧ブロック(1)から突き出していることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の液圧ブロック。
- 請求項1記載の液圧式の車両ブレーキ装置のブレーキ制御システムの液圧装置のための液圧ブロック(1)に液圧蓄圧器(2)を取り付けるための方法において、
蓄圧器カバー(6)を、前記液圧ブロック(1)に固定されるまで、前記液圧蓄圧器(2)の蓄圧器シリンダ(4)の一部を形成する、前記液圧ブロック(1)内の盲孔(5)に対して半径方向に移動可能とし、蓄圧器ピストン(3)を、前記液圧ブロック(1)内の前記盲孔(5)内に組み込み、前記蓄圧器カバー(6)を、前記蓄圧器ピストン(3)の、前記液圧ブロック(1)とは反対側の端部に被せ嵌め、それによって同軸的に整列させて前記液圧ブロック(1)に固定することを特徴とする、液圧ブロック(1)に液圧蓄圧器(2)を取り付けるための方法。
