对于液压块7仅绘出在用于压力改变阻尼器1的容纳部6的区域中的一段以及阀组件12,液压块7具有其他容纳部用于液压车辆制动设备的制动力调节装置的未绘出的液压部件,如电磁阀、止回阀、液压泵和液压蓄能器,它们通过液压块7的钻孔在液压上彼此连接。配备液压部件,液压块7形成其余部分未绘出的液压车辆制动设备的制动力调节装置的液压单元。车辆制动设备的液压泵尤其是活塞泵,该活塞泵由于其振荡的输送方式而在被输送的制动液体中产生压力波动,压力波动由压力改变阻尼器1衰减并且在穿流经过节流部22和阀18、19时进一步被减小。这两个阀18、19在流出时被穿流,即,是压力改变阻尼器1的排出阀。压力改变阻尼器1和阀组件12通过进入孔33与液压车辆设备的制动力调节装置的未绘出的液压泵的压力侧连通。压力改变阻尼器1和阀组件12通过排出孔34一方面与制动力调节装置的分离阀连接而另一方面与车辆制动设备的车轮制动器的进入阀连接。车轮制动器通过进入阀连接到车辆制动设备上并且车辆制动设备通过分离阀连接到主制动缸上。这两个阀18、19液压上并联连接。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于具有制动力调节功能的液压车辆制动设备的压力改变阻尼器的阀组件,其特征在于,所述阀组件(12)具有带有敞开侧的阀壳体(14),在所述阀壳体中设置有两个阀(18、19),并且所述阀壳体(14)的敞开侧用阀座体(15)封闭,所述阀座体具有用于所述两个阀(18、19)的两个阀座(16、17)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阀组件,其特征在于,所述两个阀(18、19)是所述压力改变阻尼器(1)的排出阀。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阀组件,其特征在于,所述阀壳体(14)是直径呈阶梯状的套筒。
4.根据权利要求1所述的阀组件,其特征在于,所述阀座体(15)是板并且所述两个阀座(16、17)并排设置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的阀组件,其特征在于,所述阀组件(12)具有止回阀(18)和流通调节阀(19)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的阀组件,其特征在于,所述流通调节阀(19)在超过打开压力时才打开。
7.根据权利要求5所述的阀组件,其特征在于,所述流通调节阀(19)具有打开位移限制结构并且在完全打开时闭塞阀流通口。
8.一种用于具有制动力调节功能的液压车辆制动设备的液压块,所述液压块具有根据权利要求1所述的阀组件(12)和压力改变阻尼器(1),其特征在于,所述液压块(7)具有容纳部(6),所述阀组件(12)在所述液压改变阻尼器(1)之前插入所述容纳部中。
9.一种具有制动力调节功能的液压车辆制动设备,其具有根据权利要求8所述的液压块(7)。
