密度−密度に関して測定した試料をASTM D4703に従って調製した:添付A:方法C。試料を190℃及び3,000psiで5分間、15トンで2分間加圧し、次いで、圧力をかけながら15℃/分で冷却した。試験前に、40時間23℃及び50%のR.H.で条件付けた後に、ASTM D792方法Bを使用して密度測定を行った。

フロー図、ならびにCTA及び/またはポリエン供給分配の説明−概要
以下に記載される図2、3、及び4のフロー図に記述される以外に、ポリエン供給は任意に、支流(20)及び/もしくは(21)、ならびに/または前方流(9)に供給及び/または分配された主要圧縮流にわたって自由に分配され得る。ポリエン流(6)は、ハイパーの注入口(複数可)、段階間(複数可)、出口(複数可)内で、及び/または直接反応区域内に供給され得る。さらに、ポリエンは任意に、一次及び/またはブースタ圧縮器系の注入口、出口、または段階間で投入され得る。
実際の重合に関して、各重合を3つの反応区域を有する管状反応器内で行った。有機ペルオキシド(表7を参照されたい)を各反応区域内に供給した。各反応区域において、加圧水を、その水を反応器のジャケットを通して循環させることにより、反応媒体を冷却及び/または加熱するために使用した。各反応区域は、1つの注入口及び1つの出口を有した。各注入口流は、前の反応区域からの出口流及び/または添加されるエチレンに富んだ供給流から構成された。反応器出口の非転化エチレン及び他の気相構成成分を、高圧再循環及び低圧再循環により再循環させ、図6に示されるフロースキームに従って、ブースタ、一次、及びハイパー(二次)圧縮器系を通して圧縮及び分配した。単一スクリュー押し出し機を使用して、ポリマーを押し出してペレット状にした(1g当たり約30ペレット)。
Claims (8)
- エチレン系ポリマーを形成するためのプロセスであって、エチレンと、少なくとも1つの対称ポリエンと、少なくとも1つの連鎖移動剤(CTA)を含む少なくとも1つの連鎖移動剤系とを含む反応混合物を重合させることを含み、前記重合が、少なくとも1つのフリーラジカル開始剤の存在下で起こり、前記重合が、少なくとも2つの反応区域である反応区域1及び反応区域i(i≧2)を備え、かつ反応区域iが反応区域1の下流にある反応器構成において起こり、「前記第1の反応区域への供給物の前記CTA系の活性度」の「前記反応区域iへの累積供給物の前記CTA系の活性度」に対する比(Z1/Zi)が、(0.8−0.2*log(Cs))以下であり、Csが、0.0001〜10であり、
前記エチレン系ポリマーが、以下の関係に合致するG’値を有し:G’≧C+Dlog(I 2 )であり、式中、C=167Paであり、D=−90.0Pa/log(dg/分)であり、溶融指数(I 2 )が、1〜20g/10分である、プロセス。 - エチレン系ポリマーを形成するためのプロセスであって、エチレンと、少なくとも1つの対称ポリエンと、少なくとも1つの連鎖移動剤(CTA)を含む少なくとも1つの連鎖移動剤系とを含む反応混合物を重合させることを含み、前記重合が、少なくとも1つのフリーラジカル開始剤の存在下で起こり、前記重合が、少なくとも2つの反応区域である反応区域1及び反応区域i(i≧2)を備え、かつ反応区域iが反応区域1の下流にある反応器構成において起こり、以下のうちの少なくとも1つ:(A)前記連鎖移動剤系が、130℃及び1360気圧で≦0.020のCs値を有し、かつ/または(B)前記第1の反応区域への供給物の前記CTA系の活性度の、前記反応区域iへの累積供給物の前記CTA系の活性度に対する比(Z1/Zi)が、0.90以下であり、
