前記洗浄対象物が置かれたプラズマ洗浄室内に酸素ガスと水素ガスとを導入し、

酸化防止効果は、プラズマ処理後の銀表面の変色発生の有無を目視で確認する方法で調べた。その結果、図8に示すように、H2/O2ガスの場合は、銀表面の変色が発生しないのはO2の濃度(体積比)が60%までであった。水蒸気+酸素ガス(H2O/O2ガス)の場合は、O2濃度が80%まで変色が生じず、高い酸素濃度でも酸化を防止することができることが分かった。

Claims (2)
- 洗浄対象物が置かれたプラズマ洗浄室内に酸素ガスと水蒸気とを導入し、
前記酸素ガスと前記水蒸気とから成る混合ガスをプラズマ化する
工程を含み、
前記混合ガスにおける前記酸素ガスの体積比が70%以上且つ80%未満であり、
洗浄対象物を接地電極上に載置して平行平板型電極によりプラズマを生成することを特徴とする、洗浄対象物の銀を含む表面のプラズマ洗浄方法。 - 接地電極を下方に配置した平行平板型電極を有するプラズマ洗浄処理室と、
前記プラズマ洗浄処理室内に酸素ガスと水蒸気の混合ガスを導入するガス導入部と、
前記混合ガスにおける酸素ガスの体積比が70%以上且つ80%未満となるように前記プラズマ洗浄処理室内に導入される酸素ガスと水蒸気の流量を制御する流量制御手段と
を備えることを特徴とする、洗浄対象物の銀を含む表面を洗浄するためのプラズマ洗浄処理装置。
