Claims (8)
- 電気モータであって、
少なくとも1つの永久磁石を有するステータと、
前記ステータの内部に回転自在に配置された、シャフトを有するロータと、
前記ステータの軸端に取り付けられたエンドキャップアセンブリと、
を備え、前記エンドキャップアセンブリは、穴を有するカバーと、前記少なくもと1つの永久磁石と前記カバーとの間に配置された回路基板と、該回路基板上に取り付けられた少なくとも1つの電子的要素とを含み、
前記シャフトは、前記カバーの前記穴を通って延び、前記カバー及び前記シャフトは、導電性材料で作製され、前記穴の内周面と前記シャフトの外周面との間に空隙が形成され、前記空隙の幅は、前記空隙を横切って前記カバーと前記シャフトとの間を高圧静電気が伝わるほど十分に小さく、
前記エンドキャップアセンブリはさらに、前記少なくもと1つの永久磁石と前記カバーとの間に配置されたエンドキャップを含み、前記回路基板は前記エンドキャップによって支持され、
前記エンドキャップに固定された第1の軸受と、前記エンドキャップアセンブリから遠い側の前記シャフトの端部に固定された第2の軸受をさらに備え、
前記第2の軸受はモータのハウジングに電気的に接続されて、前記シャフトは前記第2の軸受及びハウジングを介して接地されている、
ことを特徴とする電気モータ。 - 前記少なくとも1つの電子的要素は、ホールセンサである、
請求項1に記載のモータ。 - 前記導電性材料は、ステンレス鋼材料である、
請求項1又は2に記載のモータ。 - 前記空隙の前記幅は、0.25mm以下である、
