Claims (14)
- 自動車(14)用の変速機(15)であって、油圧変速機制御装置(1)と、変速機ハウジング(3)と、前記変速機ハウジング(3)に取り付けられたオイルパン(4)と、パワーエレクトロニクス装置(2)と、を備え、前記パワーエレクトロニクス装置(2)が、電気機械(EM)用の変換器としての役割を果たし、前記変速機ハウジング(3)及び/又は前記オイルパン(4)に支持されている変速機(15)において、前記油圧変速機制御装置(1)及び前記パワーエレクトロニクス装置(2)が、少なくとも部分的に、変速機中心軸(M)に対して接線方向及び/又は軸方向で並置されており、
前記油圧変速機制御装置(1)が、前記オイルパン(4)のキャビティ(7)内に配置されていることを特徴とする変速機(15)。 - 自動車(14)用の変速機(15)であって、油圧変速機制御装置(1)と、変速機ハウジング(3)と、前記変速機ハウジング(3)に取り付けられたオイルパン(4)と、パワーエレクトロニクス装置(2)と、を備え、前記パワーエレクトロニクス装置(2)が、電気機械(EM)用の変換器としての役割を果たし、前記変速機ハウジング(3)及び/又は前記オイルパン(4)に支持されている変速機(15)において、前記油圧変速機制御装置(1)及び前記パワーエレクトロニクス装置(2)が、少なくとも部分的に、変速機中心軸(M)に対して接線方向及び/又は軸方向で並置されており、
前記パワーエレクトロニクス装置(2)が、前記オイルパン(4)の前記キャビティ(7)の外側に、及び/又は前記変速機ハウジング(3)のキャビティ(8)の外側に、配置されていることを特徴とする変速機(15)。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の変速機(15)であって、
a.前記油圧変速機制御装置(1)及び前記パワーエレクトロニクス装置(2)が、面(E1)に配置されて、前記面(E1)が、接線方向(T)及び軸方向(A)で延在し、及び/又は、
b.前記パワーエレクトロニクス装置(2)が、前記油圧変速機制御装置(1)に対してずれて配置されていることを特徴とする変速機(15)。 - 請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の変速機(15)であって、パワーエレクトロニクス装置の底部(9)及びオイルパンプレート(6)は、更なる面(E3)に配置されていることを特徴とする変速機(15)。
- 請求項1に記載の変速機(15)であって、前記パワーエレクトロニクス装置(2)が、前記オイルパン(4)の前記キャビティ(7)内に配置されていることを特徴とする変速機(15)。
- 請求項5に記載の変速機(15)であって、パワーエレクトロニクス装置の前記底部(9)及び油圧変速機制御装置(1)の底部は、更なる面(E3)に配置されていることを特徴とする変速機(15)。
- 請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の変速機(15)であって、前記パワーエレクトロニクス装置(2)が、前記変速機ハウジング(3)に、及び/又は前記オイルパン(4)のオイルパン壁(5)に、当接することを特徴とする変速機(15)。
- 請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の変速機(15)であって、前記パワーエレクトロニクス装置(2)がL字形を有すること、及び/又は前記油圧変速機制御装置(1)がL字形を有することを特徴とする変速機(15)。
- 請求項8に記載の変速機(15)であって、前記パワーエレクトロニクス装置(2)のウェブ(12)は軸方向(A)で延在し、前記パワーエレクトロニクス装置(2)の脚部(13)は接線方向(T)で延在することを特徴とする変速機(15)。
- 請求項8又は9に記載の変速機(15)であって、前記油圧変速機制御装置(1)のウェブ(12)は軸方向(A)で延在し、前記油圧変速機制御装置(1)の脚部(13)は接線方向(T)で延在することを特徴とする変速機(15)。
- 請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の変速機(15)であって、前記パワーエレクトロニクス装置(2)が前記オイルパン(4)に対して同一平面となるよう、配置されていることを特徴とする変速機(15)。
- 請求項1〜11の何れか一項に記載の変速機(15)及び電気機械(EM)を備えるハイブリッド駆動装置(18)であって、前記電気機械(EM)が、前記パワーエレクトロニクス装置(2)と導電的に接続されていることを特徴とするハイブリッド駆動装置(18)。
- 請求項12に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置(18)であって、
a.前記電気機械(EM)が変速機軸(16)と作動的に接続され、及び/又は、
b.前記変速機(15)の作動状態に応じて、変速機出力軸(17)を前記電気機械(EM)によって作動可能であることを特徴とするハイブリッド駆動装置(18)。 - 自動車の駆動ユニット(VM)、及び請求項1〜11の何れか一項に記載の変速機(15)又は請求項12又は13に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置(18)を備える自動車であって、前記自動車の駆動ユニット(VM)が、前記変速機(15)又は前記ハイブリッド駆動装置(18)と作動的に接続されている自動車。
