在一种特别的实施方案中,功率电子装置底部和油池板设置在所述平面中或平行于所述平面的另一平面中。由此保证,功率电子装置和油池沿径向方向从变速器中轴线同样远地延伸。这是有利的,因为在径向方向上不需要附加的构造空间用于功率电子装置,从而可以实现在径向方向上紧凑的变速器。油池板用于封闭油池的空腔并且因此防止位于变速器中的油从变速器中流出。
在一种备选实施方案中,功率电子装置可以设置在油池的空腔中。即使在该实施方案中,功率电子装置也可以贴靠在变速器壳体上(特别是变速器壳体的内侧上)和/或油池的油池壁上(特别是油池壁的内侧上)。尤其是可以将功率电子装置与变速器壳体和/或油池壁可松开地固定。备选地或附加地,功率电子装置可以直接贴靠在液压的变速器控制装置上,和/或可以与液压的变速器控制装置可松开地固定。
功率电子装置底部和液压的变速器控制装置的底部可以设置在所述平面中或与所述平面平行的另一平面中。结果保证,功率电子装置在径向方向上不比液压的变速器控制装置需要更多的构造空间,从而油池可以在径向方向上紧凑构造。
在一种特别的实施方案中,功率电子装置可以具有L形和/或液压的变速器控制装置可以具有L形。在此,功率电子装置的长边可以沿轴向方向延伸,并且功率电子装置的脚部可以沿切向方向延伸。同样地,液压的变速器控制装置的长边可以沿轴向方向延伸,并且液压的变速器控制装置的脚部可以沿切向方向延伸。通过功率电子装置和/或液压的变速器控制装置这样的构造,可以实现(特别是在轴向方向上)紧凑的构造方式。
一种紧凑的构造方式在如下情况得以实现:功率电子装置和液压的变速器控制装置如此设置,使得功率电子装置的脚部至少部分包围液压的变速器控制装置的长边头部,和/或液压的变速器控制装置的脚部至少部分包围功率电子装置的长边头部。
此外,如下的实施方案是有利的,在该实施方案中,功率电子装置如此构造和设置,使得该功率电子装置与油池齐平。特别是功率电子装置可以如此设置,使得功率电子装置的沿轴向方向延伸的一侧和油池的油池壁在切向方向上不是彼此错开设置。
极其有利的是一种具有变速器和电机的混合动力驱动设备,其中,电机与功率电子装置导电连接。电机可以与变速器轴、例如变速器输入轴作用连接。此外,取决于变速器的运行状态、如取决于接合的挡位,变速器输出轴可以由电机驱动。也可以存在变速器的如下运行状态,在所述状态中没有激活电机,并且变速器输出轴可以、特别是可以仅仅由车辆的机动车驱动单元驱动。
电机可以直接地或间接地、例如借助传动装置与变速器轴作用连接。电机可以是变速器的组成部分和/或集成在变速器内。备选地,电机可以作为模块化单元而实施,该模块化单元与变速器连接和/或安装在变速器上。
变速器可以是自动化的变速器。此外,一种机动车是有利的,其具有机动车驱动单元(例如内燃机)、根据本发明的变速器或根据本发明的混合动力驱动设备,其中,机动车驱动单元与变速器或混合动力驱动设备作用连接,或者借助切换元件、特别是离合器可作用连接。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出的按照第一种实施例的变速器15具有液压的变速器控制装置1和功率电子装置2。液压的变速器控制装置1和功率电子装置2相对于变速器中轴线M切向地彼此并排设置。此外,液压的变速器控制装置1和功率电子装置2,如从图2中可以看出的,设置在一个平面E1中,该平面沿切向方向T和轴向方向A延伸。在此,液压的变速器控制装置1和功率电子装置2在切向方向T上间接彼此并排。
基于液压的变速器控制装置1和功率电子装置2在切向方向T上的彼此并排布置,液压的变速器控制装置1和功率电子装置2设置在另一平面E2中,该另一平面沿切向方向T和径向方向R延伸。所述另一平面E2与平面E1垂直。
变速器15具有变速器壳体3和油池4。油池4由油池壁5界定,并且具有在图3中示出的油池板6。液压的变速器控制装置1设置在油池4的空腔7中。相反,功率电子装置2设置在油池4之外,也就是在径向方向R上设置在变速器壳体3下方。另外,功率电子装置2和油池4如此构造和设置,使得功率电子装置2与油池4、尤其是油池壁5齐平。这意味着,功率电子装置2和油池壁5在切向方向上不是相互错开设置。功率电子装置2与变速器壳体3和/或油池4连接,并且因此支撑在变速器壳体3和/或油池4上。
图2示出变速器15沿所述另一平面E2的横剖视图。变速器壳体3包围空腔8,在该空腔中设有在图中未示出的变速器单元。功率电子装置底部9在径向方向R上设置得比液压的变速器控制装置1的底部10更远。另外,从图2中可以看出,功率电子装置2在切向方向T上与液压的变速器控制装置1错开设置。因此不存在功率电子装置2的如下部段,该部段在径向方向R上设置在液压的变速器控制装置的上方或下方。平面E1在径向方向R上与变速器中轴线M间隔开距离地设置。
图3示出在图1和图2中示出的变速器15的仰视图,但是具有油池板6。该油池板6在径向方向R上封闭油池4的空腔7,从而位于空腔7中的油不能从空腔7中流出。在此,油池板6可以借助螺纹连接与油池壁5可松开地连接。油池4基本上构成为L形。
图4示出在图3中示出的变速器15沿所述另一平面E2的横剖视图。功率电子装置2和油池4如此设置和/或构造,使得功率电子装置底部9和油池板6设置在又一平面E3中。所述又一平面E3平行于平面E1延伸。
图5示出按照第一种实施例的没有油池板的变速器15的透视图,并且图6示出按照第一种实施例的具有油池板6的变速器15的透视图。油池4从变速器壳体3沿径向方向R延伸,并且与变速器壳体3一件式地连接。在图5和图6中可以看出凸出部11,在该凸出部中可以设置功率电子装置2。
图7示出按照第二种实施例的根据本发明的变速器15的仰视图。该变速器15与图1~6中示出的变速器的区别在于功率电子装置2的实施。该功率电子装置2具有L形。
在第二种实施例中,功率电子装置2和液压的变速器控制装置1切向地和轴向地彼此并排设置。在此,如从图8中可以看出的,功率电子装置2和液压的变速器控制装置1设置在平面E1中。此外,液压的变速器控制装置1和功率电子装置2类似于第一种实施例那样设置在另一平面E2中。
基于功率电子装置2和液压的变速器控制装置1在轴向方向A上的彼此并排布置,液压的变速器控制装置1和功率电子装置2设置在附加的平面E4中,该附加的平面沿轴向方向A和径向方向R延伸,并且与平面E1和所述另一平面E2垂直。在此,功率电子装置2和液压的变速器控制装置1既在轴向方向上又在切向方向上间接地彼此并排设置,因为在功率电子装置2与液压的变速器控制装置1之间设有油池壁5。液压的变速器控制装置1虽然在图7中未示出,但是其类似于在图1中示出的液压的变速器控制装置1地实施和设置。
功率电子装置2具有长边12,该长边沿轴向方向A延伸,并且设置在图5示出的凸出部11中。此外,功率电子装置2具有脚部13,该脚部沿切向方向T延伸,并且与长边12连接。脚部13包围油池4的一部分。
图8示出在图7中示出的变速器15沿所述另一平面E2的横剖视图。即使在第二种实施例中,功率电子装置2也类似于第一种实施例如此构造和设置,使得功率电子装置底部9和油池板6设置在又一平面E3中。此外,从图8中可以看出,功率电子装置2在切向方向T上与液压的变速器控制装置1错开设置。因此不存在功率电子装置2的如下部段,该部段在径向方向R上设置在液压的变速器控制装置1的上方或下方。
图9示出在图7和图8中示出的变速器的透视图。如从图9中可以看出的,功率电子装置2直接贴靠在油池4(特别是油池壁5)和变速器壳体3上。
图10示出按照第三种实施例的根据本发明的没有油池板的变速器15的仰视图。第三种实施例与第一种和第二种实施例的区别在于,功率电子装置2设置在油池4的空腔7中。在该实施例中,功率电子装置2和液压的变速器控制装置1在切向方向T上彼此并排。
图11示出在图10中示出的变速器15沿另一平面E2的横剖视图。液压的变速器控制装置1的底部和功率电子装置底部9在径向方向R上设置为距变速器中轴线M距离同样远。因此,功率电子装置底部9和液压的变速器控制装置的底部10设置在又一平面E3中。此外,功率电子装置2和液压的变速器控制装置1设置在与所述又一平面E3平行的平面E1中。另外,功率电子装置2和液压的变速器控制装置1在切向方向T上错开设置。
图12示出按照第四种实施例的变速器15的仰视图,并且图13示出按照第四种实施例的变速器15沿另一平面E2的横剖视图。按照第四种实施例的变速器15与按照第三种实施例的在图10和图11中示出的变速器15的区别在于功率电子装置2和液压的变速器控制装置1的形状和构造。
与按照第三种实施例的变速器15的功率电子装置2相比,按照第四种实施例的变速器15的功率电子装置2具有更大的体积。按照第四种实施例的液压的变速器控制装置1在轴向方向A上比按照第三种实施例的液压的变速器控制装置1更远地延伸,并且在切向方向T上比按照第三种实施例的液压的变速器控制装置1构造成更窄。
图14示出具有机动车驱动单元VM和混合动力驱动设备18的机动车14,该机动车驱动单元例如是内燃机。混合动力驱动设备18具有变速器15和电机EM。电机EM与变速器轴16作用连接。变速器轴16是变速器输入轴。变速器15此外具有变速器输出轴17,该变速器输出轴与机动车14的在图14中未示出的另外的构件、例如车轴差速器作用连接。变速器轴16借助离合器K0能与机动车驱动单元VM作用连接。

Claims (15)

1.一种用于机动车(14)的变速器(15),该变速器具有液压的变速器控制装置(1)、变速器壳体(3)、安装在变速器壳体(3)上的油池(4)并且具有功率电子装置(2),该功率电子装置用作用于电机(EM)的变流器,并且该功率电子装置支撑在变速器壳体(3)和/或油池(4)上,其特征在于,所述液压的变速器控制装置(1)和功率电子装置(2)参考变速器中轴线(M)在切向上和/或在轴向上至少局部地彼此并排设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的变速器(15),其特征在于,
a.液压的变速器控制装置(1)和功率电子装置(2)设置在一个平面(E1)中,该平面沿切向方向(T)和轴向方向(A)延伸;和/或
b.功率电子装置(2)与液压的变速器控制装置(1)错开设置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的变速器(15),其特征在于,液压的变速器控制装置(1)设置在油池(4)的空腔(7)中。
4.根据权利要求1至3之中任一项所述的变速器(15),其特征在于,功率电子装置(2)设置在油池(4)的空腔(7)之外和/或变速器壳体(3)的空腔(8)之外。
5.根据权利要求1至4之中任一项所述的变速器(15),其特征在于,功率电子装置底部(9)和油池板(6)设置在又一平面(E3)中。
6.根据权利要求1至3之中任一项所述的变速器(15),其特征在于,功率电子装置(2)设置在油池(4)的空腔(7)中。
7.根据权利要求6所述的变速器(15),其特征在于,功率电子装置底部(9)和液压的变速器控制装置(1)的底部设置在又一平面(E3)中。
8.根据权利要求1至7之中任一项所述的变速器(15),其特征在于,功率电子装置(2)贴靠在变速器壳体(3)上和/或油池(4)的油池壁(5)上。
9.根据权利要求1至8之中任一项所述的变速器(15),其特征在于,功率电子装置(2)具有L形,和/或液压的变速器控制装置(1)具有L形。
10.根据权利要求9所述的变速器(15),其特征在于,功率电子装置(2)的长边(12)沿轴向方向(A)延伸,并且功率电子装置(3)的脚部(13)沿切向方向(T)延伸。
11.根据权利要求9或10所述的变速器(15),其特征在于,液压的变速器控制装置(1)的长边(12)沿轴向方向(A)延伸,并且液压的变速器控制装置(1)的脚部(13)沿切向方向(T)延伸。
12.根据权利要求1至11之中任一项所述的变速器(15),其特征在于,功率电子装置(2)设置为与油池(4)齐平。
13.一种混合动力驱动设备(18),该混合动力驱动设备具有根据权利要求1至12之中任一项所述的变速器(15)并且具有电机(EM),其中,所述电机(EM)与功率电子装置(2)导电连接。
14.根据权利要求13所述的混合动力驱动设备(18),其特征在于,
a.所述电机(EM)与变速器轴(16)作用连接;和/或
b.取决于变速器(15)的运行状态,变速器输出轴(17)能由电机(EM)驱动。
15.一种机动车,该机动车具有机动车驱动单元(VM)并且具有根据权利要求1至12之中任一项所述的变速器(15)或根据权利要求13或14所述的混合动力驱动设备(18),其中,所述机动车驱动单元(VM)与变速器(15)或混合动力驱动设备(18)作用连接。
