这样特别是能够以特别节省空间且便于制造的方式将逆变器和热交换器集成到混合动力模块中。这样便能产生统一的模块,借助所述模块能够提供可以与不同的内燃机和/或变速器组合的混合动力模块。借助在不同侧上的布局,能够良好地利用现有的结构空间。总体而言,能够提供使用灵活、易于安装的混合动力模块。所述混合动力模块优选具有正好四个侧,这些侧至少基本上垂直于纵向延伸方向定向。就此而言,“侧”特别是指混合动力模块的表面的一个分区,其位于四个区段中的一个内,所述混合动力模块被划分成这些区段,用以描述沿纵向延伸方向的几何形状。其中,“区段”特别是指可以通过两个与平行于纵向延伸方向的线相交的平面描述的区段。纵向延伸方向是指沿电机的转子的旋转轴的方向。纵轴是指电机的转子的旋转轴。其中,为了定义四个侧,最多需要四个平面。原则上可以通过两个相互垂直的平面定义所述四个区段以及所述四个侧。其中,所述混合动力模块的朝向下方的侧特别是指表面的位于张角方向基本上朝下的区段中的分区。其中,“至少基本上”特别是指所述张角方向与朝下的方向互成至多20度的角度。“张角方向”是指由两个平面之间的角平分线定义的方向。“设置”特别是指经过专门设计和/或配置。
所述四个侧优选为:1.下(位于纵轴下方的壳体壁区域),2.侧向右(基本上位于纵轴右侧的壳体壁区域),3.侧向左(基本上位于纵轴左侧的壳体壁区域),4.上(基本上位于纵轴上方的壳体壁区域)。
所述另两个相对的侧优选指侧向的左侧和侧向的右侧。
本发明还提出,所述混合动力模块具有与所述冷却剂接头一同布置在所述第二侧上的电流端子。这样一来,针对连接至诸如电池或燃料电池的供电单元的情况,也能简单地实现统一的连接方案。作为替代方案,也可以仅将电流端子布置在第二侧上。原则上也可以将冷却水接头布置在其它位置上。
本发明还提出,所述混合动力模块具有至少一个至少部分地集成到所述至少一个壳体部件中的电线,其使所述电流端子与所述逆变器相连。这样能够良好地保护电线,以免其收到环境影响,特别是遭受机械损坏。就此而言,“集成”特别是指所述缆线被构成所述壳体部件的材料包围。“至少部分”特别是指所述电线在至少一个分段中被壳体部件包围。
所述电流端子特别是指高压接头,所述电线特别是指高压线。
所述壳体部件优选具有至少一个冷却剂通道,其使所述冷却剂接头与所述热交换器相连。为此,所述壳体部件优选具有集成式冷却剂通道。这样便能简单地使热交换器与冷却剂接头相互耦合,而无需为此设置外部冷却剂管线。其中,“冷却剂接头”特别是指用于连接外部冷却剂管线的连接器,例如软管接管。“冷却剂通道”特别是指被所述壳体部件包围的开口,其用于导引冷却介质。其中,所述壳体部件特别是可以直接构成所述冷却剂通道的壁部。所述壳体部件优选通过铸造法制造,且所述冷却剂通道优选由壳体铸件构成。作为替代方案,所述壳体部件也可以具有用于导引冷却介质的集成式管件,其构成冷却剂通道的壁部。而“冷却剂管线”是指独立于所述壳体部件构建的用于导引冷却介质的管线,特别是由柔性材料构成的冷却剂软管。
所述逆变器优选具有至少一个壳体基板,其用于界定用于容置逆变器电子设备的逆变器内腔,以及,所述壳体部件具有开口,其至少在安装状态下被所述壳体基板封闭。这样便能借助所述开口提供一个安装口,其能够简单地封闭,而无需为此设置独立的壳体盖部。由于逆变器的壳体基板构成壳体盖部,能够极佳地利用现有的结构空间。就此而言,“壳体基板”特别是指在朝向用于容置电机的内腔的方向上界定逆变器内腔的板件。所述壳体基板优选无开口,即不采用用于将电线和/或控制线穿过壳体基板的通口。
本发明还提出,所述逆变器具有无接头的壳体封板,其用于在朝向环境的方向上界定所述逆变器内腔。由于在壳体封板上不设置接头,能够为壳体封板实现简单的技术方案。就此而言,“壳体封板”特别是指在与壳体基板相对的一侧上界定变频器内腔的板件。壳体基板与壳体封板优选将逆变器内腔包围。电线和/或控制线优选侧向、即通过在壳体基板与壳体封板之间延伸的壁部导入逆变器内腔。
根据一种优选改进方案,所述至少一个壳体部件具有至少两个用于连接至内燃机壳体的螺钉容置口,其相对纵向延伸方向倾斜布置。这样便能在实现安装的简便性的同时实现可靠的连接。就此而言,“相对纵向延伸方向倾斜”特别是指螺钉容置口的延伸方向与纵向延伸方向在至少一个投影平面中互成小于85度且大于5度的角度。
所述第一侧优选朝向下方,而另两个侧彼此相对。这样便能为逆变器、热交换器和冷却剂接口实现特别有利的布局。
此外,还提出一种包含内燃机、至少一个电机和本发明的混合动力模块的汽车。

具体实施方式
图1示出包含汽车动力传动系的汽车。所述汽车动力传动系构建为混合动力传动系。为了提供视控制而定可构建为驱动功率或制动功率的机械功率,所述混合动力传动系包括内燃机28和电机12。特别是为了传递内燃机28的功率,所述汽车动力传动系包括变速器29,其用于切换出具有不同传动比的变速器挡位。所述动力传动系还可具有布置在内燃机28与变速器29之间的动力换挡离合器。所述动力换挡离合器可以采用不同的技术方案,例如构建为单离合器或双离合器。作为替代或附加方案,该动力传动系可具有分离离合器30,特别是当电机12布置在位于内燃机28与变速器29之间的能流中的情况下。作为动力换挡离合器的替代方案,所述动力传动系也可以具有用于将变速器29连接至内燃机28的变矩器31。就变速器29而言,可以采用不同的技术方案。
所述汽车动力传动系还包括至少一个车桥传动机构32,其设置用于将内燃机28和/或电机12所提供的功率传递至驱动轮。相对内燃机28所提供的功率而言,变速器29布置在位于内燃机28与车桥传动机构32之间的力流中。变速器29包括至少一个未详细绘示的变速器输入轴,其设置用于将内燃机28所提供的功率导入变速器29。若变速器29构建为双离合变速器,则其包括两个在力流中并行布置的变速器输入轴以及两个子变速器,这些子变速器分别设置用于切换出变速器挡位中的一部分。
内燃机28包括未详细绘示的曲轴,其用于以不能相对转动的方式与所述变速器输入轴连接。所述动力换挡离合器或者变矩器31设置用于以不能相对转动的方式将变速器输入轴与曲轴相连。电机12包括转子33,其可以选择性地以不能相对转动的方式与变速器输入轴或曲轴连接。若所述汽车动力传动系还包括分离离合器30,则此汽车动力传动系可以具有中间轴,其中在这种技术方案中,分离离合器30优选设置用于以不能相对转动的方式将曲轴与中间轴相连,以及,所述动力换挡离合器或变矩器31设置用于以不能相对转动的方式将中间轴与变速器输入轴相连。在这种技术方案中,电机12的转子33优选以不能相对转动的方式与中间轴连接。
为了布置电机12,所述汽车动力传动系包括混合动力模块10,其布置在内燃机28与变速器29之间。混合动力模块10被设置用于,能与不同的内燃机28和/或不同的变速器29组合。混合动力模块10在空间上以及就能流而言布置在内燃机28与变速器29之间。
混合动力模块10(参阅图2至图8)包括壳体34,所述壳体包含至少一个壳体部件11。壳体34包围出内腔35,在所述内腔中至少设置所述电机12。壳体部件11设置用于容置电机12。壳体部件11还可以设置用于容置变矩器31和/或分离离合器30。为了与内燃机28连接,壳体34具有法兰36,其设置用于与内燃机壳体固定连接。为了与变速器29连接,壳体34具有法兰37,其设置用于与变速器壳体固定连接。法兰36、37各自具有一平面式的连接面,其设置用于与内燃机28以及变速器29连接。所述连接面相互平行。
设有电机12的内腔35基本上被壳体部件11包围。电机12具有旋转轴,其以与内腔35的中心轴同轴的方式延伸。壳体34具有平行于所述中心轴延伸的纵向延伸方向26。壳体34具有四个侧16、17、18、19,其沿纵向延伸方向26包围内腔35。壳体部件11在四个侧16、17、18、19中的至少三个上将内腔35包围。四个侧16、17、18、19沿四个不同的方向定向。
相对所述中心轴而言,壳体34与内腔35具有基本上呈圆柱形的基本形状。相对所述中心轴而言,用于与内燃机28连接以及用于与变速器29连接的法兰36、37具有基本上呈圆形的基本形状。通过基本上呈圆形的基本形状,定义壳体34的四个侧16、17、18、19。为了定义所述侧16、17、18、19,将壳体34沿纵向延伸方向26划分成四个区段,这些区段相对中心轴分别构建为圆柱段(圆柱体的一部分)的形式。这些区段可以通过四个平面描述,这些平面在中心轴中相交。这些区段中的每个均由平面中的两个界定。所述平面以互成至少70度角度的方式布置。所述区段的张角方向由位于所述平面之间的角平分平面定义。侧16、17、18、19定向的方向等同于所述张角方向。
混合动力模块10还包括布置在壳体部件11上的逆变器13,其具有逆变器电子设备25,所述逆变器电子设备设置用于直流电压与交流电压之间的电压转换。视控制而定,将交流电压形式的电功率馈送至电机12,或者藉由电机12提供交流电压形式的电功率。逆变器13设置用于这个功率的设置和/或调节。将直流电压形式的电功率传递至供电单元39,或者藉由这个供电单元提供所述电功率。供电单元39至少设置用于提供直流电压形式的电功率。供电单元39优选还设置用于储存电能。供电单元39原则上可以具有不同的技术方案,并且例如可以具有蓄电池、燃料电池和/或增程器。相对在电机12与供电单元39之间交换的功率而言,逆变器13布置在电机12与供电单元39之间。
混合动力模块10还包括布置在壳体部件11上的热交换器14,其设置用于将热能从第一冷却介质传递至第二冷却介质。混合动力模块10包括集成到壳体部件11中的第一冷却剂系统,其特别是设置用于电机12的调温。混合动力模块10还包括部分地集成到混合动力模块10中的第二冷却剂系统,其借助热交换器14与第一冷却剂系统耦合。这两个冷却剂系统用于借助不同的冷却剂工作。所述第一冷却剂系统特别是用于借助充当冷却介质的油工作。所述第二冷却剂系统特别是用于借助充当冷却介质的水工作。
所述第一冷却剂系统构成针对混合动力模块10的闭合回路。被壳体34包围的内腔35构建为湿室。第一冷却剂系统具有运行介质泵,其设置用于将冷却介质从内腔35输送至热交换器14以及将其重新送回内腔35。所述第二冷却剂系统具有两个用于连接冷却剂管线的冷却剂接头15、40。借助冷却剂接头15、40,第二冷却剂系统设置用于连接至所述汽车动力传动系的未详细绘示的冷却剂系统,在所述冷却剂系统上例如还可以连接有内燃机28、变速器29和/或供电单元39。
逆变器13、冷却剂接头15、40之一、热交换器14布置在混合动力模块10的不同侧16、17、18、19上。逆变器13布置在第一侧16上。冷却剂接头15布置在第二侧17上。热交换器14布置在第三侧18上。
壳体34具有朝外的表面,这个表面具有指向不同方向的表面法线。壳体34的侧16、17、18、19分别由所述表面的分区构成。其中,侧16、17、18、19由朝外的表面的不重叠的分区构成,在这些分区中,所述表面法线平均而言至少基本上指向同一方向。朝下的侧16例如可由所述表面的一个分区定义,在所述分区内,表面法线与朝下的方向之间具有至多30度的角度。所述表面的形状也可以近似于立方体或者圆柱体,这个立方体或圆柱体的侧对应壳体34的侧16、17、18、19,或者至少可以将这个立方体或圆柱体的几何形状用于定义侧16、17、18、19。
混合动力模块10还包括高压接头20形式的电流端子,其设置用于将逆变器13连接至供电单元39。高压接头20与冷却剂接头15一同布置在第二侧17上。逆变器13布置在第一侧16上。高压接头20包括至少两个触点,其设置用于在逆变器13与供电单元39之间构成闭合的电路。电机12提供的电功率或馈送至电机12的电功率完全通过高压接头20传递。相对馈送至电机12的电功率而言,逆变器13布置在高压接头20与逆变器13之间。混合动力模块10仅具有一个高压接头20,其布置在第二侧17上。
混合动力模块10还包括至少部分地集成到所述至少一个壳体部件11中的高压线21形式的电线,其将高压接头20与逆变器13相连。高压线21例如可以穿过内腔35。壳体部件11也可以具有空腔,高压线21在这个空腔中延伸。
混合动力模块10还具有至少一个集成到壳体部件11中的冷却剂通道22,其将冷却剂接头15与热交换器14相连。冷却剂通道22由壳体部件11中的空腔构成,其与内腔35完全分隔。冷却剂通道22设置用于所述第二冷却系统。冷却剂通道22构建为冷却水通道。所述冷却剂通道仅用于沿一个方向导引冷却介质。冷却剂接头15设置用于连接正好一个冷却剂管线。冷却剂接头15构建为冷却水输入部。在工作中,借助所述冷却剂管线馈送的冷却介质通过冷却剂接头15流入混合动力模块10,并且通过冷却剂通道22被馈送至热交换器14。冷却剂通道22优选构建为位于壳体部件11中的孔。作为替代方案,壳体部件11也可以具有管件,其优选在采用铸造法的制造过程中便已嵌入。
逆变器13具有壳体基板23,其设置用于界定用于容置逆变器电子设备25的逆变器内腔24。壳体部件11具有开口,其至少在安装状态下被壳体基板23封闭。故逆变器13的壳体基板23构成用于电机12的壳体34的一部分。设有电机12的内腔35至少在径向上由壳体部件11以及壳体基板23界定。壳体34优选具有密封件,其布置在壳体部件11与壳体基板23之间。所述密封件设置用于将专为电机12设有的内腔35与环境隔绝。逆变器13的壳体基板23用作混合动力模块盖部。所述开口构建为平整法兰的形式。所述开口具有矩形的基本形状。壳体基板23具有朝向内腔35的顶侧,其采用弯曲的实施方案。特别是在逆变器13的区域内,专为电机12设有的内腔35呈圆柱形。逆变器内腔24呈立方体状,其缺少与内腔35对应的圆柱段。
逆变器13还具有无接头的壳体封板41,其设置用于在朝向环境的方向上界定逆变器内腔24。壳体基板23与壳体封板41在安装状态下界定逆变器内腔24。在安装状态下,逆变器内腔24与环境隔绝。逆变器内腔24被壳体基板23和壳体封板41包围。壳体基板23和/或壳体封板41具有壁元件42,其在壳体基板23与壳体封板41之间延伸并且将逆变器内腔24侧向封闭。
混合动力模块10具有另一高压线43形式的电线,其将逆变器13与电机12连接,以及具有用于将电机12连接至逆变器13的控制线44。壁元件42和/或壳体封板41具有至少一个开口,其用于供针对电机12和高压接头20的高压线21、43以及控制线44穿过。高压线21、43和控制线44在侧向从逆变器内腔24导出。壳体部件11具有第一开口,高压线43通过所述第一开口被导入设有电机12的内腔35,并且具有第二开口,控制线44通过所述第二开口被导入内腔35。所述开口布置在第一侧16与第二侧17之间的过渡区域内。壳体封板41具有在安装状态下将高压线21、43以及控制线44遮盖的区域。
壳体部件11具有螺钉容置口45、46、47,其设置用于连接至内燃机28的内燃机壳体。螺钉容置口45、46、47布置在设有逆变器13的侧16上。相对纵向延伸方向26而言,螺钉容置口45、46、47是倾斜布置。螺钉容置口45、46、47具有与纵向延伸方向26互成锐角的延伸方向。此外,螺钉容置口45、46、47以部分相互倾斜的方式布置。螺钉容置口45、46、47位于一个平面中,所述平面平行于由所述开口在壳体部件11中形成的平面延伸。就壳体34的尺寸而言,螺钉容置口45、46、47所位于的平面与所述开口所形成的平面紧邻或者相同。螺钉容置口45、46、47指向内部,亦即,相互倾斜布置的螺钉容置口45、46、47的延伸方向具有一个虚拟交点,至少当混合动力模块10与内燃机28连接时,所述交点位于内燃机28内。壳体部件11在设有逆变器13的侧16的区域内具有三个螺钉容置口45、46、47。螺钉容置口45、46、47中的两个布置在壳体部件11的一个区域内,第一侧16在该区域内过渡至第二侧17。螺钉容置口45、46、47中的一个布置在壳体部件11的一个区域内,第一侧16在该区域内过渡至第三侧18。
壳体部件11在第三侧18上具有用于连接热交换器14的法兰27。法兰27具有三个冷却剂通口48、49、50。两个冷却剂通口48、49用于将热交换器14接入所述第一冷却剂系统。冷却剂通口50用于将热交换器14接入所述第二冷却剂系统。冷却剂通口48、49、50直接集成到法兰27。法兰27具有平整的用于连接热交换器14的连接面,在所述连接面中集成有冷却剂通口48、49、50。热交换器14具有采用对应设计的连接面,在所述连接面中同样集成有三个冷却剂通口。若将热交换器14固定在法兰27上,则同时将冷却剂通口48、49、50相连。为了将热交换器14固定在壳体部件11的法兰27上,原则上可以采用不同的固定方式,特别是螺纹连接。
冷却剂接头15与冷却剂通口50通过集成到壳体部件11中的冷却剂通道22相连。冷却剂通道22沿逆变器13延伸。逆变器13通过冷却剂接头15、冷却剂通道22以及冷却剂通口50连接至所述第二冷却剂系统。热交换器14中的被设置用于第二冷却剂系统的冷却剂通口50构建为冷却水输入。冷却介质通过壳体部件11的第二侧17上的冷却剂接头15流入混合动力模块10,流经位于壳体部件11中的冷却剂通道22,并进入热交换器14。热交换器14具有冷却剂接头40,其设置用于连接冷却剂管线。热交换器14的冷却剂接头40构建为冷却剂输出。热交换器14例如可以构建为板式热交换器,特别是构建为焊接的板式热交换器。作为替代方案,也可以采用其他技术方案。
第一侧16朝向下方。逆变器13的壳体基板23构成混合动力模块10的底部。在朝下的侧16上,壳体34被整平。第二侧17与第三侧18彼此相对。以内燃机28为出发点视之,第二侧17朝向右侧。第三侧18朝向左侧。所述汽车动力传动系设置用于内燃机28的前置-纵置安装。沿行驶方向视之,第二侧17朝向左侧且第三侧18朝向右侧。混合动力模块10设置用于与下游的全轮驱动模块组合。壳体34的基本形状设置用于在两侧被驱动桥经过。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于汽车动力传动系的混合动力模块(10),其包含至少一个用于容置至少一个电机(12)的壳体部件(11)、至少一个布置在所述壳体部件(11)上的逆变器(13)、布置在壳体部件(11)上的热交换器(14),所述逆变器构建为用于所述电机(12)的电压转换器,所述热交换器设置用于将热能从第一冷却介质传递至第二冷却介质,所述混合动力模块还包含至少一个至少部分地集成到壳体部件(11)中的冷却剂系统,该冷却剂系统具有至少一个用于连接冷却剂管线的冷却剂接头(15),
所述混合动力模块包括设置所述逆变器(13)的第一侧(16)、设置所述至少一个冷却剂接头(15)的第二侧(17)、设置所述热交换器(14)的第三侧(18),
