Claims (9)
- 自動車におけるポンプエレメント(2)および/またはソレノイド弁(3)を備えた流体装置のための流体フィルタ(1)であって、直接射出成形されており、流体が通過できる少なくとも1つのフィルタウェブ(5)を有している前記流体フィルタ(1)において、
前記フィルタウェブ(5)は、
前記流体フィルタ(1)の外周面において該流体フィルタ(1)の外側へ向けて突出して形成された外側ウェブと、
前記流体フィルタ(1)の内周面において該流体フィルタ(1)の内側へ向けて突出して形成された内側ウェブと、
を含み、
前記外側ウェブと前記内側ウェブは、前記流体フィルタ(1)に表裏一体に成形されている
ことを特徴とする流体フィルタ(1)。 - 前記外側ウェブの外形および前記内側ウェブの外形がエッジおよび/または屈曲のない形状に成形されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体フィルタ(1)。 - 前記流体フィルタ(1)の外周面に設けられる複数の前記外側ウェブと、
前記流体フィルタ(1)の内周面に設けられる複数の前記内側ウェブと、
を備え、
複数の前記外側ウェブの各頂点が第1平面上に含まれ、
複数の前記内側ウェブの各頂点が前記第1平面とは異なる第2平面上に含まれる
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の流体フィルタ(1)。 - 前記外側ウェブの外形および前記内側ウェブの外形は、半球体形状、滴形状、放物線形状またはカテナリー形状のいずれかの形状に形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の流体フィルタ(1)。 - 前記外側ウェブの外形および前記内側ウェブの外形は、互いに異なる形状に形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の流体フィルタ(1)。 - 前記外側ウェブは、前記内側ウェブよりも尖っている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の流体フィルタ(1)。 - 前記内側ウェブの頂点(s6)における曲率半径(r6)は、前記外側ウェブの頂点(s8)における曲率半径(r8)よりも大きく形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の流体フィルタ(1)。 - 自動車における流体フィルタ(1)を有するソレノイド弁(3)であって、
前記流体フィルタ(1)が直接射出成形されており、
前記流体フィルタ(1)が流体が通過できる少なくとも1つのフィルタウェブ(5)を有しており、
前記フィルタウェブ(5)は、
前記流体フィルタ(1)の外周面において該流体フィルタ(1)の外側へ向けて突出して形成された外側ウェブと、
前記流体フィルタ(1)の内周面において該流体フィルタ(1)の内側へ向けて突出して形成された内側ウェブと、
を含み、
前記外側ウェブと前記内側ウェブは、前記流体フィルタ(1)に表裏一体に成形されている
ことを特徴とするソレノイド弁(3)。 - 自動車における流体フィルタ(1)を有するポンプエレメント(2)であって、
前記流体フィルタ(1)が直接射出成形されており、
前記流体フィルタ(1)が流体が通過できる少なくとも1つのフィルタウェブ(5)を有しており、
前記フィルタウェブ(5)は、
前記流体フィルタ(1)の外周面において該流体フィルタ(1)の外側へ向けて突出して形成された外側ウェブと、
