1.多層膜であって、それには、
ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(a1)及び可塑剤(a2)を含んだ樹脂膜(A)10と、
ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(b1)及び可塑剤(b2)を含んだ樹脂膜(B)11と、
ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(c1)及び可塑剤(c2)を含んだ樹脂膜(C)12と、を含み、樹脂膜(B)11は樹脂膜(A)と樹脂膜(C)の間に位置しており、
ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(a1)、ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(b1)及びポリビニルアセタール樹脂(c1)は各々が独立に水酸基含有比率を有しており、且つポリビニルアセタール樹脂(b1)の水酸基含有比率はポリビニルアセタール樹脂(a1)の水酸基含有比率及びポリビニルアセタール樹脂(c1)の水酸基含有比率よりも大きく、且つポリビニルアセタール樹脂(b1)はアセタール化度を有しており、アセタール化度は60mol%よりも小さい。

5.ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(b1)のアセタール化度とポリビニルアセタール樹脂(a1)のアセタール化度の差は5よりも大きく、且つポリビニルアセタール樹脂(b1)のアセタール化度とポリビニルアセタール樹脂(c1)のアセタール化度の差は5よりも大きい、番号付き段落2に記載の多層膜。
6.可塑剤(b2)は可塑剤(a2)及び可塑剤(c2)と異なる、番号付き段落1に記載の多層膜。
7.可塑剤(b2)は溶解パラメータを有しており、溶解パラメータ(Fedorsの方程式で計算する)は9.06以上である、番号付き段落1に記載の多層膜。
8.可塑剤(a2)及び可塑剤(c2)は各々が独立に溶解パラメータを有しており、且つ可塑剤(b2)の溶解パラメータは可塑剤(a2)の溶解パラメータ及び可塑剤(c2)の溶解パラメータよりも大きい、番号付き段落7に記載の多層膜。
9.ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(a1)のアセタール化度は65mol%よりも大きい、番号付き段落2に記載の多層膜。
10.ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(c1)のアセタール化度は65mol%よりも大きい、番号付き段落2に記載の多層膜。
11.ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(b1)のアセチル化度は5mol%よりも大きく、且つポリビニルアセタール樹脂(b1)の水酸基含有比率は35mol%よりも大きい、番号付き段落3に記載の多層膜。
12.ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(a1)のアセチル化度は5mol%よりも小さく、且つポリビニルアセタール樹脂(a1)の水酸基含有比率は30mol%よりも小さい、番号付き段落3に記載の多層膜。
13.ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(c1)のアセチル化度は5mol%よりも小さく、且つポリビニルアセタール樹脂(c1)の水酸基含有比率は30mol%よりも小さい、番号付き段落3に記載の多層膜。
14.可塑剤(b2)は、アジピン酸ジヘキシル(DHA)、テトラエチレングリコールジ−2−エチルヘキサノエート(4GO)、トリエチレングリコールジ−2−エチルブチレート(3GH)、テトラエチレングリコールジ−2−エチルブチレート(4GH)、テトラエチレングリコールジ−n−ヘプタノエート(4G7)、トリエチレングリコールジ−n−ヘプタノエート(3G7)、グリセロール、エチレングリコール、2,2,4−トリメチル−1,3−ペンタンジオールモノイソブチレート(Texanol)、ジペンタエリトリトールヘキサオクトエート、アジピン酸ビス[2−(2−ブトキシエトキシ)エチル](D600)及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、番号付き段落1に記載の多層膜。
15.可塑剤(b2)の量は50PHR〜90PHRであり、上述のPHRという単位はポリビニルアセタール樹脂(b1)100重量部あたりに対する可塑剤(b2)の重量部である、番号付き段落1に記載の多層膜。
16.中間膜であって、それは合わせガラスに用いられるものであり、中間膜は番号付き段落1に記載の多層膜を含む。
17.合わせガラスであって、それは番号付き段落16に記載の中間膜を含み、中間膜2は2つの透明ガラスシートの間に位置する。
18.合わせガラスは損失係数を有しており、ISO16940−2008に従って測定した損失係数が0.250以上である、番号付き段落17に記載の合わせガラス。
19.合わせガラスには可塑剤の滲出がないか又はほとんどない、番号付き段落17に記載の合わせガラス。
20.合わせガラスには可塑剤の滲出がないか又はほとんどない、番号付き段落18に記載の合わせガラス。
21.遮音ガラス積層板であって、それは番号付き段落16に記載の中間膜を含み、中間膜は2つの透明ガラスシートの間に位置する。

Claims (17)
- ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(a1)及び可塑剤(a2)を含んだ樹脂膜(A)と、
ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(b1)及び可塑剤(b2)を含んだ樹脂膜(B)と、
ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(c1)及び可塑剤(c2)を含んだ樹脂膜(C)と、を含み、前記樹脂膜(B)11は前記樹脂膜(A)と前記樹脂膜(C)の間に位置しており、
前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(a1)、前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(b1)及び前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(c1)は各々が独立に水酸基含有比率を有しており、且つ前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(b1)の前記水酸基含有比率は前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(a1)の前記水酸基含有比率及び前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(c1)の前記水酸基含有比率よりも大きく、且つ前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(b1)はアセタール化度を有しており、前記アセタール化度は60mol%よりも小さく、
前記可塑剤(a2)、前記可塑剤(b2)及び前記可塑剤(c2)は各々が独立に溶解パラメータ(solubility parameter,SP)を有しており、且つ前記可塑剤(b2)の前記溶解パラメータは前記可塑剤(a2)の前記溶解パラメータ及び前記可塑剤(c2)の前記溶解パラメータよりも大きいことを特徴とする多層膜。 - 前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(a1)及び前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(c1)は各々が独立にアセタール化度を有しており、且つ前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(b1)の前記アセタール化度は前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(a1)の前記アセタール化度及び前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(c1)の前記アセタール化度よりも小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多層膜。
- 前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(a1)、前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(b1)及び前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(c1)は各々が独立にアセチル化度を有しており、且つ前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(b1)の前記アセチル化度は前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(a1)の前記アセチル化度及び前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(c1)の前記アセチル化度よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多層膜。
- 前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(b1)の前記水酸基含有比率と前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(a1)の前記水酸基含有比率の差は5よりも大きく、且つ前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(b1)の前記水酸基含有比率と前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(c1)の前
記水酸基含有比率の差は5よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多層膜。 - 前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(b1)の前記アセタール化度と前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(a1)の前記アセタール化度の差は5よりも大きく、且つ前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(b1)の前記アセタール化度と前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(c1)の前記アセタール化度の差は5よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の多層膜。
- 前記可塑剤(b2)は前記可塑剤(a2)及び前記可塑剤(c2)と異なることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多層膜。
- 前記可塑剤(b2)は溶解パラメータ(solubility parameter,SP)を有しており、前記溶解パラメータ(Fedorsの方程式で計算する)は9.06以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多層膜。
- 前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(a1)の前記アセタール化度は65mol%よりも大きい、且つ前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(c1)の前記アセタール化度は65mol%よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の多層膜。
- 前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(b1)の前記アセチル化度は5mol%よりも大きく、且つ前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(b1)の前記水酸基含有比率は35mol%よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の多層膜。
- 前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(a1)及び前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(c1)の前記アセチル化度は5mol%よりも小さく、且つ前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(a1)及び前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(c1)の前記水酸基含有比率は30mol%よりも小さいことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の多層膜。
- 前記可塑剤(b2)は、アジピン酸ジヘキシル(dihexyl adipate,DHA)、テトラエチレングリコールジ−2−エチルヘキサノエート(tetraethylene glycol di−2−ethylhexanoate,4GO)、トリエチレングリコールジ−2−エチルブチレート(triethylene glycol di−2−ethylbutyrate,3GH)、テトラエチレングリコールジ−2−エチルブチレート(tetraethylene glycol di−2−ethylbutyrate,4GH)、テトラエチレングリコールジ−n−ヘプタノエート(tetraethylene glycol di−n−heptanoate,4G7)、トリエチレングリコールジ−n−ヘプタノエート(triethylene glycol di−n−heptanoate,3G7)、グリセロール(glycerol)、エチレングリコール(ethylene glycol)、2,2,4−トリメチル−1,3−ペンタンジオールモノイソブチレート(2,2,4−trimethyl−1,3−pentanediol monoisobutyrate,Texanol)、ジペンタエリトリトールヘキサオクトエート(dipentaerythritol hexaoctoate)、アジピン酸ビス[2−(2−ブトキシエトキシ)エチル](bis[2−(2−butoxyethoxy)ethyl] adipate,D600)、ジエチレングリコールジベンゾエート(diethylene glycol dibenzonate)、ジプロピレングリコールジベンゾエート(dipropylene glycol dibenzonate)及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多層膜。
- 前記可塑剤(b2)の量は50PHR〜90PHRであり、上述のPHRという単位は前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂(b1)100重量部あたりに対する前記可塑剤(b2)の重量部であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多層膜。
- 中間膜であって、それは合わせガラスに用いられるものであり、前記中間膜は請求項1に記載の多層膜を含むことを特徴とする中間膜。
- 合わせガラスであって、それは請求項13に記載の中間膜を含み、前記中間膜は2つの透明ガラスシートの間に位置することを特徴とする合わせガラス。
- 前記合わせガラスは損失係数を有しており、ISO16940−2008に従って測定した前記損失係数が0.250以上であることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記合わせガラスには可塑剤の滲出がないか又はほとんどないことを特徴とする、請求項14又は15に記載の合わせガラス。
- 遮音ガラス積層板であって、それは請求項13に記載の中間膜を含み、前記中間膜は2つの透明ガラスシートの間に位置することを特徴とする遮音ガラス積層板。
