Claims (9)
- 単一螺旋組立体に巻回された複数の繊維状要素(14)を含むM1の繊維状要素及びM2の繊維状要素の少なくとも第1及び第2の組立体(26、28)を製造するための方法であって、前記第1及び第2の組立体(26、28)のうちの少なくとも1つが螺旋状に巻回された複数の繊維状要素(14)を備えており、前記方法は、
−仮組立体(22)を形成するために、Mの繊維状要素(14)を仮コア(16)の周りでMの繊維状要素(14)の層に組み合わせるステップと、
−前記仮組立体(22)をM1の繊維状要素及びM2の繊維状要素の少なくとも前記第1及び第2の組立体(26、28)に分割するステップと、
を含み、
前記繊維状要素は、単一の基本モノフィラメント又は複数の基本モノフィラメントの組立体を備え、前記基本モノフィラメントの各々は、0.05mm〜0.50mmの範囲の直径を有し、
前記仮組立体(22)を分割するステップは、少なくとも前記第1及び第2の組立体(26、28)の間で前記仮コア(16)を分離するステップを含む、
