Description
Claims (10)
- 筒状の本体部と、
前記本体部の内周の周方向の異なる位置に設けられる三つ以上の突起とを備え、
前記突起のうち、前記突起の設置数よりも少ない数であって複数の突起は、径方向高さが他の突起の径方向高さよりも高い圧入突起であり、
前記圧入突起は、前記圧入突起の頂点を結ぶ円の直径が緩衝器のアウターシェルの外径よりも小さくなるように設定されて、前記アウターシェルの外周に押し当てられた状態で、前記アウターシェルから外れない緊迫力が得られる締め代をもって、前記アウターシェルの外周に装着され、
前記アウターシェルの外周に装着された状態で、前記他の突起は、前記アウターシェルの外周に当接する
ことを特徴とする筒部材。 - 前記アウターシェルを前記本体部内へ挿入する際に前記アウターシェルの入口となる側を入口側とし、
前記突起の前記アウターシェルの外周面に径方向に向かい合う部分であって、径方向高さの最も高い部分を突起本体とすると、
前記他の突起の前記突起本体の入口側の端部は、前記圧入突起の前記突起本体の入口側の端部よりも入口側に位置する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の筒部材。 - 前記アウターシェルに装着される前の状態で、前記他の突起は、中心線上に中心を有し前記他の突起の頂点を結ぶ円の直径が前記アウターシェルの外径よりも大きくなるように設定されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の筒部材。 - 前記突起の総数は、偶数であり、
前記圧入突起と、前記他の突起は、周方向に交互に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の筒部材。 - 前記突起の総数は、三の倍数であり、
一つの前記圧入突起と、前記圧入突起の両側に配置される二つの前記他の突起が三つで一つの突起群を構成し、複数の前記突起群が前記本体部の周方向の異なる位置に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の筒部材。 - 前記突起の総数は、三の倍数であり、
一つの前記他の突起と、前記他の突起の両側に配置される二つの前記圧入突起が三つで一つの突起群を構成し、複数の前記突起群が前記本体部の周方向の異なる位置に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の筒部材。 - 前記本体部から径方向外周側に張り出すダストブーツ受けを備えており、
前記ダストブーツ受けでダストブーツの軸方向の一端を支持する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の筒部材。 - 前記ダストブーツの端部は、前記ダストブーツ受けに引っ掛けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の筒部材。 - 前記本体部の軸方向の一方側開口を覆い、前記緩衝器の最収縮時にバンプクッションが当接する底部を備えている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載の筒部材。 - 前記請求項1から9の何れか一項に記載の筒部材を備えている
ことを特徴とする緩衝器。
