Claims (6)
- 金属製の筒状の外筒と、
上記外筒内に軸方向に移動可能に挿入されるロッドと、
上記外筒から突出する上記ロッドの外周に取り付けられるバンプクッションと、
キャップ状に形成されて上記外筒の軸方向の一端に嵌合され、最圧縮時に上記バンプクッションに突き当たる合成樹脂製のバンプストッパと、
上記外筒と上記バンプストッパとの間に配置されるとともに、上記外筒の金属面に接触する犠牲腐食体とを備え、
上記犠牲腐食体は、上記外筒よりもイオン化傾向が高い金属からなる
ことを特徴とする緩衝器。 - 上記外筒は、塗装後に上記金属面が露出する未塗装部分を有し、
上記犠牲腐食体は、上記未塗装部分に接触する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の緩衝器。 - 上記外筒と上記バンプストッパとの間に介装される中間部材を備え、
上記中間部材に上記犠牲腐食体が形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の緩衝器。 - 上記犠牲腐食体が形成される上記中間部材は、インサート成形により、上記バンプストッパと一体化される
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の緩衝器。 - 上記犠牲腐食体が形成される上記中間部材は、上記バンプストッパと上記外筒との間に挟まれて保持される
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の緩衝器。 - 上記外筒と上記中間部材が鉄からなり、上記犠牲腐食体が亜鉛からなる
ことを特徴とする請求項3から請求項5の何れか一項に記載の緩衝器。
