Description
食料製品を製造するためのかかるデバイスは、様々な形態および実施形態において既知である。
本発明の目的は、目下、より経済的で、かつ取り扱いの観点から単純な解決策を見出すことにある。
本目的を解決するために、流動性混合物が中に充填される型は、ブリスターである。
液状食料混合物、例えば液状チョコレートが、ブリスター3の中に直接注入され、そのブリスターは、それを安定化させる搬送型4内に位置決めされる。搬送型4は、それが型の裏側に吸入ダクト6を有するように、かつ空洞間に横方向真空チャネル8および長手方向真空チャネル7の両方を有するように設計される。これらの真空チャネル7および8を通して、真空が生成され、真空は、ダイ2の浸漬の直前にブリスター3を下方に引く。ダイ2が、冷却後、食料製品の少なくとも一部分をもう一度出るまで、真空を通した吸引効果が続く。

Claims (4)
- 流動性混合物でできた外殻を有する食料製品を製造するためのデバイスであって、前記混合物が、型の中に充填され、温度制御式ダイ(2)が、前記型内に浸漬され、前記混合物を押出す、デバイスにおいて、
前記流動性混合物が充填される前記型が、ブリスター(3)であり、前記ブリスター(3)が、搬送型(4)によって保持され、前記搬送型(4)が、空気用吸入ダクト(6)と空洞(5.2)を有し、前記空洞(5.2)間に長手方向真空チャネル(7)および/または横方向真空チャネル(8)を有することを特徴とする、デバイス。 - 前記流動性混合物の充填後、温度制御式ダイ(2)が浸漬されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記流動性混合物が、前記温度制御式ダイ(2)を用いて前記ブリスター(3)内に部分的に固まり、少なくとも1つの殻形状が生じることを特徴とする、請求項1または2のうちの一項に記載のデバイス。
- 型の中に充填される流動性混合物から、外殻を有する食料製品を製造するための方法であって、温度制御式ダイ(2)が、前記型内に浸漬され、前記混合物を押出す、方法において、前記流動性混合物が、搬送型(4)内に保持されるブリスター(3)の中に充填され、真空が、前記ダイ(2)の前記浸漬の直前に、前記搬送型(4)と前記ブリスター(3)との間に生成され、少なくとも前記ダイ(2)が前記型を再度出るまで、直立に保持されることを特徴とする、方法。
