Description
COS + H2O → CO2 + H2S
によるCOSの加水分解である。この反応は、熱力学的に有利であり、低い温度でかつ高濃度COSでなおいっそう有利である。しかしながら、それは、速度論的に遅く、転化速度は100%に達しないかもしれず、特に低温ではそのようになるかもしれない。特許文献1によると、この課題は、アルミナに水を加えることによって解決され得る。低温で、水はCOSの競争相手になるという事実を除いて、この方法の主要な欠点は依然として、それがすることの全てが、COSを別の硫黄含有化合物に変換することにあり、それが原因となって、それは流出物から除去されなければならないことになる。

本発明はまた、本発明による吸着剤の調製方法に関する。本発明による吸着剤は、当業者に知られている合成ルートによる上記の多孔質担体上にアルカリ元素を沈着させること、例えば、乾式または湿式の含浸によって、共造粒によって、または、共混合によって調製され得る。

本発明はまた、少なくとも1種の酸性分子を含有する炭化水素流から酸性分子を除去する方法であって、該炭化水素流は、吸着工程の間に、本発明による吸着剤または本発明による調製方法の一つによって調製された吸着剤と接触させられる、方法に関する。
吸着剤A1は、造粒によって調製されるフラッシュアルミナ(flash alumina)タイプの担体に、NaOHの溶液を乾式含浸させることによって調製された。乾式含浸は、担体を、その利用可能な細孔容積に正確に相当する容積の含浸溶液と接触させることからなる。
a) NaOH8.84gを水50gに溶解させることにより溶液50mLを調製すること、
b) 工程a)において調製されたソーダ溶液5mLを液滴含浸(dropwise impregnation)させること;該溶液は、ビュレットを用いて回転ボウル造粒機内に置かれたアルミナ担体上に注がれる、
c) 含浸済みの担体を水飽和閉鎖容器中、20℃で3時間にわたって成熟させること、
d) 固体を90℃で3時間にわたって乾燥させること、
e) 空気下に350℃で1時間にわたって固体を焼成すること。
吸着剤A2は、実施例Aにおけるのと同一の担体にKOHの溶液を乾式含浸させることによって調製された。
a) KOH11.75gを水50gに溶解させることによって溶液50mLを調製すること、
b) 工程a)において調製されたカリ溶液5mLを液滴含浸させること;この溶液は、ビュレットを用いて、回転ボウル造粒機内に置かれたアルミナ担体上に注がれる、
c) 含浸済みの担体を、水飽和閉鎖容器中、20℃で3時間にわたって成熟させること、
d) 固体を90℃で3時間にわたって乾燥させること、
e) 空気下に350℃で1時間にわたって固体を焼成すること。
吸着剤A3は、実施例Aにおけるのと同一の担体と炭酸カリウムとの共造粒によって調製された。
a) 担体9.44gとK2CO34.68gとを均質混合すること、
b) 50〜100μmに混合物をすり砕くこと、
c) 噴霧された水の存在下に回転板造粒機において造粒すること、
d) 90℃で3時間にわたって共造粒済みの産物を乾燥させること、
e) 空気下に350℃で1時間にわたって共造粒済みの産物を焼成すること。
吸着剤A4は、造粒によって調製されたフラッシュアルミナタイプの担体にNaOHの溶液を乾式含浸させることによって調製された。
a) NaOH7.52gを水50gに溶解させることにより溶液50mLを調製すること、
b) 工程a)において調製されたソーダ溶液6mLを液滴含浸させること;この溶液は、ビュレットを用いて、回転ボウル造粒機内に置かれたアルミナ担体上に注がれる、
c) 含浸済み担体を水飽和閉鎖容器において20℃で3時間にわたって成熟させること、
d) 90℃で3時間にわたって固体を乾燥させること、
e) 空気下に350℃で1時間にわたって固体を焼成すること。
吸着剤A5は、混合−押出によって調製されたアルミナゲルタイプの担体にNaOHの溶液を乾式含浸させることによって調製された。
a) NaOH6.44gを水50gに溶解させることによって溶液50mLを調製すること、
b) 工程a)において調製されたソーダ溶液7mLを液滴含浸させること、この溶液は、ビュレットを用いて、回転ボウル造粒機内に置かれたアルミナ担体上に注がれる、
c) 含浸済みの担体を、水飽和閉鎖容器中、20℃で3時間にわたって成熟させること、
d) 90℃で3時間にわたって固体を乾燥させること、
e) 空気下、350℃で1時間にわたって固体を焼成すること。
吸着剤A6は、造粒によって調製されたフラッシュアルミナタイプの担体にNaOHの溶液を乾式含浸させることによって調製された。
a) NaOH12.79gを水50gに溶解させることによって溶液50mLを調製すること、
b) 工程a)において調製されたソーダ溶液3.5mLを液滴含浸させること:この溶液は、ビュレットを用いて、回転ボウル造粒機内に置かれたアルミナ担体上に注がれる、
c) 水飽和閉鎖容器において20℃で3時間にわたって含浸済みの担体を成熟させること、
d) 90℃で3時間にわたって固体を乾燥させること、
e) 空気下、350℃で1時間にわたって固体を焼成すること。
上記のようにして調製された吸着剤のCOS吸着性能は、1.5cm3の容積を有する固定床反応器において試験された。
上記のようにして調製された吸着剤のCO2吸着性能が、1.5cm3の容積を有する固定床反応器において試験された。
Claims (14)
- アルミナ担体と、同担体上に担持された少なくとも1種のアルカリ元素とを含む吸着剤であって、該アルミナ担体のナトリウム含有率は、該アルカリ元素(1種または複数種)の導入の前に、Na2O相当として表されて、担体の全重量に対して1500〜3500重量ppmである、COS、CO2、H2SおよびCS2からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1つの酸性分子の吸着剤。
- アルカリ元素は、ナトリウムおよびカリウムから選択される、請求項1に記載の吸着剤。
- 吸着剤の全重量に対するアルカリ元素の含有率は、前記元素の重量で1〜60%である、請求項1または2に記載の吸着剤。
- アルカリ元素(1種または複数種)の導入の前のアルミナ担体の全細孔容積は0.3〜1cm3・g−1であり、比表面積は、50〜450m2・g−1である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の吸着剤。
- カリウムと、アルミナ担体とによって構成され、該アルミナ担体のナトリウム含有率は、カリウムの導入の前に、Na2O相当として表されて、担体の全重量に対して1500〜3500重量ppmである、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の吸着剤。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の吸着剤の調製方法であって、以下の工程:
a) 少なくとも1種のアルカリ前駆体を含有する水溶液を調製する工程、
b) アルミナ担体であって、ナトリウム含有率が、Na2O相当として表されて、担体の全重量に対して1500〜3500重量ppmである、ものに、工程a)の終わりに得られた水溶液を含浸させる工程、
c) 工程b)に由来する含浸済みの担体を、水飽和閉鎖容器中に放置して成熟させる工程、
d) 工程c)に由来する固体を乾燥させる工程
を含む、方法。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の吸着剤の調製方法であって、以下の工程:
a’) アルミナ担体であって、ナトリウム含有率が、Na2O相当として表されて、担体の全重量に対して1500〜3500重量ppmである、ものを、少なくとも1種のアルカリ前駆体の粉末と混合する工程、
b’) 場合による、工程a’)の終わりに得られた混合物を、2〜100μmのグラニュロメトリにすり砕く工程、
c’) 水の存在下に工程b’)に由来する混合物を成形して材料を得る工程、
d’) 工程c’)に由来する成形済みの材料を乾燥させる工程
を含む、方法。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の吸着剤の調製方法であって、以下の工程:
a”) アルミナ担体であって、ナトリウム含有率が、Na2O相当として表されて、担体の全重量に対して1500〜3500重量ppmである、ものを、少なくとも1種のアルカリ前駆体を含む溶液と混合して、ペースト状物を得る工程、b”) 工程a”)において得られたペースト状物を成形する工程、
c”) 工程b”)に由来する成形済みのペースト状物を乾燥させる工程
を含む、方法。 - 空気中、乾燥したまたは湿った雰囲気で、乾燥工程の終わりに焼成工程が行われる、請求項6〜8のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- COS、CO2、H2SおよびCS2からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1つの酸性分子を含有する炭化水素流から酸性分子を除去する方法であって、該炭化水素流は、吸着工程の間に、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の吸着剤または請求項6〜9のいずれか1つに記載された方法によって調製された吸着剤と接触させられる、方法。
- 酸性分子は、COSおよび/またはCO2である、請求項10に記載の除去方法。
- 吸着工程が行われる際の温度は−50〜100℃であり、その際の絶対圧力は、0.01〜5MPaであり、その際の毎時空間速度は、50〜50000h−1である、請求項10または11に記載の除去方法。
- 吸着剤の再生の工程が、一旦、吸着剤が少なくとも部分的に酸性分子により飽和したところで行われる、請求項10〜12のいずれか1つに記載の除去方法。
- 再生工程は、少なくとも部分的に酸性分子により飽和した吸着剤を、気体または液体と接触させることにより行われ、その際の温度は、20〜500℃であり、その際の絶対圧力は、0.01〜5MPaであり、その際の毎時空間速度は、50〜50,000h−1である、請求項13に記載の除去方法。
