Claims (9)
- 飼料および食品ローラミル(2)であって、回転可能に取り付けられた少なくとも2つのローラ(10,11)を備えており、少なくとも一方の前記ローラ(10)は位置固定されて支承されていて、他方の前記ローラ(11)は可動に支承されており、当該飼料および食品ローラミル(2)は、伝動装置(1)を備え、前記伝動装置は、
軸受ハウジング(3)を備え、前記軸受ハウジング内には、
一方の前記ローラ(10)を駆動するための第1の出力軸(5)と、
他方の前記ローラ(11)を駆動するための第2の出力軸(6)と、が収容されており、
前記第1の出力軸(5)は一方の前記ローラ(10)に連結されていて、前記第2の出力軸(6)は他方の前記ローラ(11)に連結されており、
前記第1の出力軸(5)と前記第2の出力軸(6)とは、トルク伝達装置(8,8’)によって、互いに伝動可能に接続されている、飼料および食品ローラミル(2)において、
入力軸(4)も前記伝動装置内に収容されており、
前記入力軸(4)は駆動装置(12)に連結されており、
前記入力軸(4)と前記第1の出力軸(5)とは互いに垂直に配置されていて、前記第1の出力軸(5)と前記第2の出力軸(6)とは互いに平行に配置されており、
前記入力軸(4)と前記第1の出力軸(5)とは、傘歯車対(7,7’)によって、互いに伝動可能に接続されていて、
前記入力軸(4)の軸線(A)と、前記第1の出力軸(5)の軸線(B)と、前記第2の出力軸(6)の軸線(C)とは1つの共通平面内に位置しており、
前記入力軸(4)の前記軸線(A)と、前記第1の出力軸(5)の前記軸線(B)との交点(X)は、前記第1の出力軸(5)の前記傘歯車(7’)と前記第1の出力軸(5)の前記トルク伝達装置(8,8’)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、飼料および食品ローラミル(2)。 - 前記入力軸(4)の前記傘歯車(7)は、前記入力軸の端面側の端部(9)に配置されている、請求項1記載の飼料および食品ローラミル(2)。
- 前記第1の出力軸(5)は、両端側で支承されている、請求項1または2記載の飼料および食品ローラミル(2)。
- 前記第2の出力軸(6)は、両端側で支承されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の飼料および食品ローラミル(2)。
- 前記トルク伝達装置(8,8’)は平歯車対として構成されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の飼料および食品ローラミル(2)。
- 前記平歯車対(8,8’)は、1:1.25〜1:3の減速比を有している、請求項5記載の飼料および食品ローラミル(2)。
- 前記軸受ハウジング(3)は、前記伝動装置(1)全体を取り囲んでいる、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の飼料および食品ローラミル(2)。
- 位置固定されて配置された一方の前記ローラ(10)は、弾性的なクラッチによって前記第1の出力軸(5)に連結されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の飼料および食品ローラミル(2)。
- 可動に配置された他方の前記ローラ(11)は、テレスコープ式のカルダン軸(14)によって前記第2の出力軸(6)に連結されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の飼料および食品ローラミル(2)。
