Description
Claims (19)
- 少なくとも1回量の樹脂材料を圧縮成形するためのパンチ(1)であって、
長軸(X)、及び、前記長軸(X)に交差し、前記樹脂材料を圧接するように構成されて配置された第1表面部(3)を有する少なくとも1つのステム部(2)と、
前記長軸(X)に交差し、前記第1表面部(3)に隣接し、前記樹脂材料に圧接する第2表面部(5)を有する、前記ステム部(2)に結合された少なくとも1つのヘッド部(4)と、
少なくとも1つの境界線(6)、及び、前記境界線(6)に至るガス通路手段(7)を有する、前記ステム部(2)と前記ヘッド部(4)の間の少なくとも1つの分離界面と、
前記ヘッド部(4)の内部にあり、前記ガス通路手段(7)と連通して、前記樹脂材料の圧縮成形を行う前記第1表面部(3)及び前記第2表面部(5)によって境界を設定された空間に対してガスの供給と排出の両方を可能とする少なくとも1つの通路(8)と、
前記ステム部(2)の内部に少なくとも部分的に配置された冷却回路と、
を備え、
前記冷却回路は、内部を循環する流体が前記ヘッド部(4)に接触するように前記分離界面に配置された少なくとも1つの間隙(10)を備えると共に、前記間隙(10)に対して前記ガス通路手段(7)を流体封止するように前記界面に配置される第1シール手段(13)を備え、前記ヘッド部(4)は、取り外し可能なタイプの結合によって前記ステム部(2)に結合されていることを特徴とするパンチ。 - 前記冷却回路は、前記間隙(10)を流体が循環するために前記ステム部(2)の壁に形成された少なくとも2つの流体通路(11)を備え、
前記流体通路(11)は、前記ステム部(2)に得られるキャビティ(12)とは異なる内径を有する2つの部分にそれぞれ連結されている請求項1に記載のパンチ。 - 前記間隙(10)と、前記境界線(6)の反対側に位置する前記界面の縁(15)との間の界面に配置された第2シール手段(14)を備え、前記第2シール手段(14)は、前記ヘッド部(4)と前記ステム部(2)の間のネジ結合(9)の領域に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のパンチ。
- 前記ステム部(2)及び前記ヘッド部(4)は、2つの異なる材料で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のパンチ。
- 前記ステム部(2)の材料は、前記ヘッド部(4)の材料よりも低い熱伝導率を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のパンチ。
- 前記ステム部(2)の材料は、前記ヘッド部(4)の材料よりも大きな機械的抵抗性を有することを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載のパンチ。
- 前記通路(8)は、前記長軸(X)に対して少なくとも部分的に傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のパンチ。
- 前記第1表面部(3)は、前記第2表面部(5)によって周囲全体を包囲されており、前記境界線(6)は、閉鎖された環状形状であることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のパンチ。
- 前記分離界面は、前記長軸(X)の方向に少なくとも部分的に拡大されていることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のパンチ。
- 前記ガス通路手段(7)は、前記境界線(6)に配置された少なくとも1つの通路開口を有し、前記通路開口は、0.20mm以下の最大幅を有することを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のパンチ。
- 前記取り外し可能な結合のタイプは、ねじ結合であることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載のパンチ。
- 前記ステム部(2)の内部に少なくとも部分的に配置された冷却回路を備え、前記冷却回路は、内部を循環する流体が前記ヘッド部(4)に接触するように前記分離界面に配置されている少なくとも1つの間隙(10)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載のパンチ。
- 前記冷却回路は、流体が前記間隙(10)を循環するために前記ステム部(2)の壁に形成されている少なくとも1つの流体通路(11)を備えることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のパンチ。
- 前記通路(8)は、前記ガス通路手段(7)を前記ヘッド部(4)の周側面に接続していることを特徴とする請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載のパンチ。
- 前記第1表面部(3)は第1コーティングで覆われ、前記第2表面部(5)は、前記第1コーティングに対して相違する化学的物理的性質を有する第2コーティングで覆われていることを特徴とする請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載のパンチ。
- 前記第2コーティングは、前記第1コーティングに比べて前記樹脂材料からの剥離または抗接着のために、より大きな容量を有する請求項15に記載のパンチ。
- 前記第1コーティングは、前記第2コーティングよりも高い耐摩耗性を有することを特徴とする請求項15又は16に記載のパンチ。
- 複数の成形ユニット(17)を有する、少なくとも1つの成形用の円形コンベア(16)を備え、各成形ユニット(17)は、請求項1から17のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1つのパンチ(1)を備えることを特徴とする樹脂材料圧縮成形装置。
- 前記各成形ユニット(17)は、容器に閉鎖部を形成するために構成されている請求項18に記載の装置。
