Description
入力軸a1によって駆動される入力歯車10を備える入力ライン16と、

第2の中間軸a3によって駆動される第2の中間歯車11および第4の中間歯車14を備える第2の中間ライン18と、
出力軸a4によって駆動される出力歯車15を備える出力ライン19と、
を備える。
入力歯車を駆動する入力軸を備える入力ラインと、
第1の中間歯車を駆動する第1の中間軸を備える第1の中間ラインと、
第2の中間歯車を駆動する第2の中間軸を備える第2の中間ラインと、
フレームによって保持されたばねと、
を備え、
入力軸から第1の中間ラインの第1の中間軸および第2の中間ラインの第2の中間軸への動力の伝達の等配分に対応する平衡位置に向かう入力歯車の移動を可能にするために、ばねが入力軸の長手方向部分を囲んでいる、ターボプロップエンジン用の2つの中間ラインを有する減速機に関する。

Claims (10)
- 入力歯車(10)を駆動する入力軸(a1)を備える入力ライン(16)と、
第1の中間歯車(11)を駆動する第1の中間軸(a2)を備える第1の中間ライン(17)と、
第2の中間歯車(12)を駆動する第2の中間軸(a3)を備える第2の中間ライン(18)と、
フレーム(25)によって保持されたばね(24)と、
を備える、ターボプロップエンジン用の2つの中間ライン(17、18)を有する減速機(1)であって、
入力軸(a1)から第1の中間ライン(17)の第1の中間軸(a2)および第2の中間ライン(18)の第2の中間軸(a3)への動力の伝達の等配分に対応する平衡位置に向かう入力歯車(10)の移動を可能にするために、ばね(24)が、半径方向剛性よりも高いねじり剛性を有し、渦巻き状であり、且つ、入力軸(a1)の長手方向部分(29)を囲んでいる、ことを特徴とする、減速機(1)。 - 入力軸(a1)の長手方向部分(29)を囲むばね(24)により、入力軸(a1)の回転軸(x1)に略垂直な軸に沿った入力軸(a1)の移動が可能になることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の減速機(1)。
- 内輪(22)および外輪(23)を備える軸受(20)が入力軸(a1)とばね(24)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜2のいずれか一項に記載の減速機(1)。
- ばね(24)の第1の端部(27)が軸受(20)の外輪(23)に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の減速機(1)。
- 軸受(20)の内輪(22)が入力軸(a1)に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項3〜4のいずれか一項に記載の減速機(1)。
- 軸受(20)の内輪(22)が焼き嵌めによって入力軸(a1)に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の減速機(1)。
- フレーム(25)によるばね(24)の保持が、フレーム(25)への前記ばね(24)の第2の端部(28)の取付けによって実現されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の減速機(1)。
- フレーム(25)によるばね(24)の保持が、フレーム(25)の溝(30)への前記ばね(24)の挿入によって実現されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の減速機(1)。
- フレーム(25)が減速機(1)のケーシング(25)であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の減速機(1)。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の2つの中間ラインを有する減速機(1)を備えることを特徴とする、ターボプロップエンジン。
