Claims (8)
- 中心軸を有し、内部に1以上の回転ギヤ(12、18、22)を取り付けるように構成されたギヤボックスのキャリヤ(16)であって、互いから離れている前方壁(26)および後方壁(28)と、該前方壁(26)及び前記後方壁(28)の間に配置されている中央プレート構造体(58)とを含むキャリヤ(16)と、
前記キャリヤ(16)に対し、軸線方向に隣接して配置された環状の支持リング(60)と、
前記支持リング(60)と前記中央プレート構造体(58)とを相互接続する、複数の軸線方向に延びるトルクフィンガー(68)と
を備え、
各トルクフィンガー(68)が、後方端部(70)において第1の断面積を有し、前方端部(72)における、第1の断面積よりも小さい第2の断面積までだんだん細くなり、該トルクフィンガー(68)の断面の、接線方向の幅が、該トルクフィンガー(68)の断面の、半径方向の厚さよりも大きく、
前記支持リング(60)、前記中央プレート構造体(58)、および前記トルクフィンガー(68)は、モノリシック部品の一部であり、
前記トルクフィンガー(68)の弾性変形および前記中央プレート構造体(58)の歪みによって、前記キャリヤ(16)の歪み並びにこれにより生じる前記回転ギヤ(12、18、22)の軸受の位置ずれ及び該回転ギヤ(12、18、22)動作中のクリアランスの変化を回避する
ギヤボックス支持装置。 - 前記中央プレート構造体(58)が、前記前方壁(26)と前記後方壁(28)との間の、軸線方向のほぼ中間に配置されている、請求項1に記載のギヤボックス支持装置。
- 前記キャリヤ(16)が、前記前方壁(26)と前記後方壁(28)とを相互接続する少なくとも1つの側壁(54)を備える、請求項1又は2に記載のギヤボックス支持装置。
- 前記キャリヤ(16)の複数のローブ(56)を画成するために、複数の前記側壁(54)が、中心軸を中心に、互いから間隔を開けて配置された対の配列状に配置された、請求項3に記載のギヤボックス支持装置。
- 前記キャリヤ(16)の複数の前記ローブ(56)同士の間に複数の空間が画成され、前記中央プレート構造体(58)が、複数の中央プレート(58)を備え、個々の前記中央プレート(58)が、前記複数の空間のうち一つに配置され、かつ複数の前記側壁(54)のうち、隣接するもの同士の間に延びる、請求項4に記載のギヤボックス支持装置。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のギヤボックス支持装置と、
前記キャリヤ(16)内に支持されているギヤトレイン(12、18、22)と、を備えるギヤボックス。 - 前記ギヤトレイン(12、18、22)が、セラミック材料からなる、複数の略円筒状のローラー(52)を含む軸受によって回転自在に支持された少なくとも1つのギヤ(18)を含む、請求項6に記載のギヤボックス。
- 前記ローラー(52)が、最大直径の中央の冠部(53)と、該中央の冠部(53)からだんだん細くなり、より小さな径を有する端部(55)とを有する、樽形状を有する、請求項7に記載のギヤボックス。
