Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 遊星歯車減速機構におけるキヤリアに間隔をも
    つて形成された一対のフランジと、該一対のフラ
    ンジ間に支持された遊星歯車軸と、該遊星歯車軸
    上に円錐コロ軸受を介して回転自在に支持された
    遊星歯車とを含み、 該一対のフランジには、それぞれ大径及び小径
    の支持孔が形成され、 該遊星歯車軸は、該円錐コロ軸受が嵌合される
    小径の軸受支持部と、その一端に形成された大径
    の頭部とからなり、 該遊星歯車軸は、該頭部が該大径の支持孔に嵌
    合され、該軸受支持部が該小径の支持孔に嵌合さ
    れることにより、該一対のフランジ間に支持され
    てなる遊星歯車の軸受装置において、 該遊星歯車軸の該大径の頭部と該円錐コロ軸受
    との間には、皿ばねが挿入され、 該遊星歯車軸の該大径の頭部側一端部には多角
    形孔が形成され、その他端部にはねじ孔が形成さ
    れるとともに、該大径の頭部の外周部には、複数
    個の止め孔がその周方向に等間隔に形成され、 該遊星歯車軸の該大径の頭部が嵌合される該フ
    ランジの一方には、その外周部から該大径の支持
    孔内に貫通する止めねじ孔が形成され、 該遊星歯車軸の他端部に形成された該ねじ孔に
    は、頭部に切欠き部が形成されたボルトが係合さ
    れ、 該ボルトが係合された状態において、該ボルト
    の該頭部は、該小径の支持孔が形成された該フラ
    ンジの一方に当接するとともに、該遊星歯車軸の
    該他端部との間に隙間が設けられるよう構成され
    、 該小径の支持孔が形成された該フランジの一方
    には、該ボルトの該切欠き部と係合して該ボルト
    の回転を阻止する段差部が形成され、 該遊星歯車軸が該ボルトに対し締め込まれたと
    き、該皿ばねにより該円錐コロ軸受に所定の予圧
    が付与され、 該予圧が付与された状態において、該遊星歯車
    軸を所定量回転させることにより、該遊星歯車軸
    の該止め孔と、該フランジの該止めねじ孔との位
    置合わせができ、該止めねじ孔を介して該止め孔
    に止めねじを係合させることにより、該遊星歯車
    軸の該フランジに対する回転がロツクされるよう
    構成されたことを特徴とする遊星歯車の軸受装置
