Claims (12)
- 駆動軸(12)と、減速機構(26)によって前記駆動軸(12)に結合された二次駆動軸(24)と、一組のリングアンドピニオンギア(18)によって前記駆動軸(12)に結合された出力軸(16)および前記二次駆動軸(24)に結合された出力軸(16)を含む複数の出力軸(16)とを備えた、航空機タービンエンジンのギアボックス(10)であって、
前記減速機構(26)が中間軸(28)を備え、前記中間軸の第1の端部(28a)が第1ギア段(30)によって前記駆動軸(12)に結合され、前記中間軸の第2の端部(28b)が第2ギア段(32)によって二次駆動軸(24)に結合され、前記中間軸(28)は、前記駆動軸(12)の主軸(A)に対して傾斜した自身の主軸(B)の周りで回転するように前記ギアボックス(10)に取り付けられていることを特徴とするギアボックス(10)。 - 前記第1ギア段(30)または第2ギア段(32)はそれぞれ、前記駆動軸(12)または前記二次駆動軸(24)に取り付けられた1つのピニオン(36,40)と、前記中間軸(28)の関連する端部(28a,28b)に取り付けられた1つのピニオン(38,42)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のギアボックス(10)。
- 前記二次駆動軸(24)の主軸(C)は前記駆動軸(12)の主軸(1)と実質的に同軸であり、前記中間軸(28)は、前記駆動軸(12)と前記二次駆動軸(24)の2つの対向する端部(12a,24a)の間に位置していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のギアボックス(10)。
- 前記二次駆動軸(24)の主軸(C)は前記駆動軸(12)の主軸(1)に対して傾斜しており、前記中間軸(28)は、前記駆動軸(12)と前記二次駆動軸(24)の2つの対向する端部(12a,24a)の間に位置していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のギアボックス(10)。
- 前記駆動軸(12)と前記二次駆動軸(24)の各対向する端部(12a,24a)は、それらに関連する第1または第2ギア段のピニオン(36,40)を担持することを特徴とする、請求項2と組み合わせた請求項3または請求項4に記載のギアボックス(10)。
- 前記ギアボックス(10)は、前記中間軸(28)の各端部(28a,28b)に配置された、前記中間軸(28)を自身の主軸(B)の周りで回転するようにガイドする手段(34)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のギアボックス(10)。
- 前記中間軸(28)の端部(28a,28b)によって担持されるギア段(30,32)のピニオン(38,42)は、前記中間軸(28)を自身の主軸(B)の周りで回転するようにガイドする前記手段(34)の間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項2と組み合わせた請求項6に記載のギアボックス(10)。
- 前記中間軸(28)が制振手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のギアボックス(10)。
- 前記中間軸(28)を前記ギアボックス(10)の手動制御手段に結合する手段を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のギアボックス(10)。
- 前記中間軸(28)の主軸(B)は前記駆動軸(12)の主軸(A)に対して垂直であることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のギアボックス(10)。
- 請求項1から10に記載のギアボックス(10)を備えることを特徴とする航空機のタービンエンジン。
- 前記タービンエンジンは、前記駆動軸(12)を前記タービンエンジンのロータに接続する手段(14)を備えることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のタービンエンジン。
