Claims (4)
- 外歯を有するサンギヤと、
外歯を有して前記サンギヤに噛合する複数のプラネットギヤと、
内歯を有して前記プラネットギヤに噛合するリングギヤと、
前記複数のプラネットギヤの回転軸であるプラネット軸の一端部に一体的に形成されて該一端部を支持する環状のベースプレートと、複数の前記プラネット軸の他端部を支持する環状のバックプレートとによって複数の前記プラネット軸を支持し、かつ複数のプラネットギヤ間の相対位置決めをするプラネットキャリアと、
を備え、
前記ベースプレートは、前記複数のプラネットギヤの公転による動力を出力する出力軸に連結されており、
前記バックプレートは、複数の支柱を介して前記ベースプレートに連結されており、
前記ベースプレートのみにおいて、各プラネット軸に対応する部分よりも外径側に、軸心方向に貫通する外径側貫通孔が設けられていることにより、前記プラネット軸の一端部が前記ベースプレートに支持された状態で、前記ベースプレートの剛性が前記バックプレートの剛性に対して低く設定されている遊星歯車減速装置。 - 請求項1において、前記ベースプレートとバックプレートとが、軸心方向に延びる複数のキャリア支柱を介して連結されており、前記ベースプレートにおける、各キャリア支柱に対応する部分よりも内径側に、軸心方向に貫通する内径側貫通孔が設けられている遊星歯車減速装置。
- 請求項2において、前記ベースプレートの後面に、前記複数の内径側貫通孔のうちの2つに対応する部分を通る直線状の溝が設けられている遊星歯車減速装置。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項において、前記プラネット軸が中空軸として形成されており、該プラネット軸の前記一端部に、径方向に貫通し、前記サンギヤの軸心に対する放射方向に開口する貫通孔が形成されている遊星歯車減速装置。
