Description
Claims (6)
- パルス測距光レーダー装置に設けられる光走査装置(1)であって、
光ビームの走査角度の直ぐ外側である前記光ビームの振幅の微調整用の角度よりも大きい角度であってできるだけ小さい角度だけ外側に配設された反射体(14、17)と、
前記反射体(14、17)で反射された反射光が届く位置に配設された光検出器(19)と、
前記光検出器(19)による検出結果に基づいて前記光ビームの走査角度を検出する走査角度検出部(9)と
を備えた光走査装置。 - 前記反射体(14、17)を、前記光ビームの走査角度の両外側に設け、
前記光検出器(19)は、前記両外側の反射体(14、17)で反射された反射光を検出するように構成された請求項1記載の光走査装置。 - 前記反射体(14、17)の位置を調整する調整機構を備えた請求項1または2記載の光走査装置。
- 前記反射体(14、17)の位置を固定し、前記反射体(14、17)の位置を測定した結果に基づいて角度計算することにより、光ビームの走査角度を調整するように構成された請求項1または2記載の光走査装置。
- 前記反射体(14、17)で反射された反射光が前記光検出器(19)に入射することを許容し、その他の物体で反射された反射光が前記光検出器(19)に入射することを阻止する遮蔽構造(20)を備えた請求項1から4のいずれか一項記載の光走査装置。
- 前記遮蔽構造(20)は、少なくともカバーガラス(11)からの散乱光を遮蔽するように、前記カバーガラス(11)と前記光検出器(19)を直線で結ぶ光路を遮るように配設されている請求項5記載の光走査装置。
