Claims (8)
- 帯電した計測対象物の表面に沿って、相対的に所定の方向に連続的に移動する検出部と、
前記計測対象物の表面と前記検出部の表面との距離を測定する基準距離測定部と、
前記基準距離測定部により測定された距離が予め定められた基準距離になるように、前記計測対象物の表面と前記検出部の表面との距離を調整する距離調整部と、
所定の周期で前記計測対象物の表面と前記検出部の表面との距離を変化させる振動部と、
前記検出部が検出した電位の変化量、周波数および位相角の少なくとも1つを計測する計測部と、
前記検出部に対する前記計測対象物の相対的な移動距離と、前記計測部の計測結果に基づいて、前記計測対象物の表面の静電気量を算出する算出部と、
を具備することを特徴とする静電気分布計測装置であって、
前記検出部の表面には、前記計測対象物の表面との距離を変化させることにより生じる電位の変化を検出するセンサが複数設けられており、
前記振動部は、前記算出部によって算出された前記計測対象物の表面の静電気量に応じて、前記計測対象物の表面と前記検出部の表面との距離の変化幅を変えることを特徴とする静電気分布計測装置。 - 帯電した計測対象物の表面に沿って相対的に移動する検出部と、
前記計測対象物の表面と前記検出部の表面との距離を測定する基準距離測定部と、
前記基準距離測定部により測定された距離が予め定められた基準距離になるように、前記計測対象物の表面と前記検出部の表面との距離を調整する距離調整部と、
所定の周期で前記計測対象物の表面と前記検出部の表面との距離を変化させる振動部と、
前記検出部が検出した電位の変化量、周波数および位相角の少なくとも1つを計測する計測部と、
前記検出部に対する前記計測対象物の相対的な移動距離と、前記計測部の計測結果に基づいて、前記計測対象物の表面の静電気量を算出する算出部と、
を具備することを特徴とする静電気分布計測装置であって、
前記検出部の表面には、前記計測対象物の表面との距離を変化させることにより生じる電位の変化を検出するセンサが複数設けられており、
前記振動部は、前記算出部によって算出された前記計測対象物の表面の静電気量に応じて、前記計測対象物の表面と前記検出部の表面との距離の変化幅を変えることを特徴とする静電気分布計測装置。 - 前記振動部に接続された前記検出部が、前記計測対象物の上方に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の静電気分布計測装置。
- 前記センサは、前記計測対象物の移動方向と交差する方向に、列状に複数配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の静電気分布計測装置。
- 前記計測対象物の表面に対して前記検出部が平行になるように、前記計測対象物および前記検出部の少なくとも何れか一方を回動できる回動部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の静電気分布計測装置。
- 前記センサが、前記計測対象物の方向にそれぞれ移動できることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の静電気分布計測装置。
- 前記センサの周囲の少なくとも一部に、電磁気的影響を吸収する吸収部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の静電気分布計測装置。
- 前記計測対象物および前記検出部が100atm以下の雰囲気中にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の静電気分布計測装置。
