Description
金属アルミニウム缶容器と容器に入れられるビール系飲料とを有するビール系飲料半製品を提供する。金属アルミニウム缶容器にビール系飲料で占められていない収容空間を有する。
ポリプロピレン容器と当該容器に入れられるジュース系飲料とを有するジュース系飲料半製品を提供する。この飲料半製品は、ポリプロピレン容器にジュース系飲料で占められていない収容空間を有する。
本発明の一つの効果として、本発明が提供する飲料製品の製造方法及び製造システム並びに飲料製品は、「飲料の泡Sを前記収容空間に充填する」及び「前記飲料の泡Sは、泡立ち可能な液体と前記泡立ち可能な液体に分散されるガスとを含む」という実施態様により、より効果的簡単な方法で飲料製品を製造することができる。容器における飲料Lが空気と接触して酸化が発生するのを防止し、長い貯蔵期間をさらに確保できる以外に、また、要求に応じてガスを飲料に溶け込ませて飲料の品質を向上することもできる。

Claims (7)
- (a)容器と、前記容器に入れられる飲料とを含み、前記容器に前記飲料で占められていない収容空間を有する飲料半製品を提供するステップと、
(b)飲料の泡を前記収容空間に充填するステップと、
(c)前記収容空間が密封されるように、前記容器を密封包装するステップとを備え、
前記飲料の泡は、泡立ち可能な液体と前記泡立ち可能な液体に分散されるガスとを含み、
前記ステップ(b)において、充填される前記飲料の泡は、所定の添加量で前記収容空間に充填され、前記所定の添加量で前記飲料の泡を前記収容空間に充填することにより、前記飲料の泡中の前記ガスの一部が前記飲料に溶け込み、
前記ガスは、水素ガスであり、
前記所定の添加量において、上記水素ガスは、0.6〜1.1ppmとなることを特徴とする、
飲料製品の製造方法。 - 前記飲料は、泡立ち可能な飲料であり、
前記飲料製品は、前記容器と、前記容器に入れられて水素が溶存している前記泡立ち可能な飲料と、前記収容空間に充填される前記飲料の泡とを含むことを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の飲料製品の製造方法。 - 前記泡立ち可能な飲料は、前記泡立ち可能な液体と同じ成分を有することを特徴とする、
請求項2に記載の飲料製品の製造方法。 - 前記ステップ(b)において、充填される前記飲料の泡は、所定の添加量で前記収容空間に充填され、前記所定の添加量で前記飲料の泡を前記収容空間に充填することにより、前記収容空間が前記飲料の泡で完全に占められることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の飲料製品の製造方法。 - 前記飲料は、ビール、発泡飲料、機能性飲料、ジュース及び乳製品の中の一種であることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の飲料製品の製造方法。 - 飲料半製品を飲料製品に加工するために用いられ、前記飲料半製品は、飲料が入れられる容器を備え、前記容器に前記飲料で占められていない収容空間を有する飲料製品の製造システムであって、
飲料の泡を前記収容空間に充填するための飲料の泡充填ユニットと、
前記容器を密封包装することで、前記収容空間が密封されて前記飲料製品が得られるための密封包装ユニットとを備え、
前記飲料の泡は、泡立ち可能な液体と前記泡立ち可能な液体に分散されるガスとを含み、
前記飲料の泡は、所定の添加量で前記収容空間に充填されることにより、前記飲料の泡中の前記ガスの一部が前記飲料に溶け込むものであり、
前記ガスは、水素ガスであり、
前記所定の添加量において、上記水素ガスは、0.6〜1.1ppmとなることを特徴とする、
飲料製品の製造システム。 - 前記飲料の泡を製造するための飲料の泡発生ユニットをさらに備え、
前記飲料の泡発生ユニットは、
前記泡立ち可能な液体を収容するための閉鎖容器と、
前記閉鎖容器に連結され、前記ガスを前記閉鎖容器に提供するための吸気管と、
前記閉鎖容器に連結され、前記泡立ち可能な液体を前記閉鎖容器に提供するための液体注入管と、
前記吸気管に連結され、前記閉鎖容器に置かれて、前記ガスが前記泡立ち可能な液体に分散される泡立ち部品と、
前記吸気管に連結され、前記飲料の泡を前記飲料の泡充填ユニットに送り出すための泡出し管とを備えることを特徴とする、
請求項6に記載の飲料製品の製造システム。
