Claims (5)
- 円筒形電池が挿通される円筒形状の本体部と、
前記円筒形電池の負極側の端部が当接し、前記円筒形電池の負極端子が部分的に露出する負極露出孔が形成されている底壁部と、
前記円筒形電池の外周面を把持する第1把持部と、
前記円筒形電池の軸線方向に前記第1把持部から離間した位置で前記円筒形電池の外周面を把持する第2把持部と、を備え、
前記第1把持部は、前記本体部の中心軸線に向かって付勢され、前記円筒形電池の負極側を把持する複数の負極側把持片を含み、
前記第2把持部は、前記本体部の中心軸線に向かって付勢され、前記円筒形電池の正極側を把持する複数の正極側把持片を含み、
前記複数の負極側把持片は、それぞれの先端に設けられ、前記円筒形電池の外周面と係合する負極側係合爪を含み、
前記複数の正極側把持片は、それぞれの先端に設けられ、前記円筒形電池の外周面と係合する正極側係合爪を含む、電池用スペーサ。 - 前記負極側係合爪及び前記正極側係合爪は、前記本体部の中心軸線に向かって突出しており、前記負極側係合爪の先端及び前記正極側係合爪の先端は、前記本体部の中心軸線と前記円筒形電池の中心軸線とを合致させた場合に仮想される前記円筒形電池の外周に相当する電池仮想円よりも径方向内側に位置付けられている、請求項1に記載の電池用スペーサ。
- 前記電池仮想円の外径寸法は、前記電池の所定の規格において許容される外径寸法の最小値に設定されている、請求項2に記載の電池用スペーサ。
- 前記底壁部とは反対側に位置付けられ、前記円筒形電池を挿通する中央開口が形成されている円環状の頂壁部を更に備え、
前記複数の負極側把持片は、前記負極露出孔の内周縁から前記本体部の内部に向かって延びており、
前記複数の正極把持片は、前記中央開口の内周縁から前記本体部の内部に向かって延びている、請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の電池用スペーサ。 - 前記円筒形電池が前記本体部に収容された際に、前記頂壁部の上端面は、前記円筒形電池における正極端子の周囲に位置付けられる一端面と面一となる位置又は前記一端面よりも前記底壁部側の位置に位置付けられている、請求項4に記載の電池用スペーサ。
