Claims (10)
- 交流高電圧によって駆動される紡糸電極(5)が内部に配置された紡糸チャンバ(4)を通過する間に、コア(31)を構成する支持線状形成体(3)を覆う、ポリマーナノファイバーのコーティング(32)をもつ線状繊維形成体を製造する方法において、
交流電圧によって駆動される前記紡糸電極(5)の上方に、中空の電気的に中性のナノファイバープルーム(6)が形成され、前記ナノファイバープルーム(6)は、紡糸空間(41)において、ナノファイバーの整然とした構造を有する平坦な線条体へと変化し、
前記線条体が、前記紡糸空間において、それ自体の軸線を中心に回転する、及び/又は、前記紡糸空間において少なくとも1つの波腹のループをもつバルーンを形成する、前記支持線状形成体(3)の周囲に案内され、
それによって、前記ナノファイバープルーム(6)から作られた前記線条体が、前記支持線状形成体に巻き付いて、前記支持線状形成体(3)に巻き付いたときに螺旋を形成することを特徴とする、
方法。 - 前記支持線状形成体(3)が前記紡糸空間(41)に入る前に通る、撚り装置(2)の偏心部材(23)の回転によってバルーンが形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 機械的に回転させられる前記支持線状形成体(3)に、パルス状の空気流を吹き付けることよって、バルーンを形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ナノファイバープルーム(6)から形成され、前記支持線状形成体(3)に巻かれて螺旋状になる、整然としたナノファイバー構造をもつ前記線条体を、前記支持線状形成体(3)上で乾燥・定着させることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3に記載の方法。
- 支持線状形成体(3)を紡糸チャンバ(4)へ供給する供給装置(1)と、
得られた、ポリマーナノファイバーのコーティングをもつ支持線状形成体(3)で構成された線状繊維形成体(30)を、前記紡糸チャンバ(4)から引き出すための引き出し機構(8)とを備える、線状繊維形成体を製造するための装置であって、前記紡糸チャンバ(4)に、ナノファイバープルーム(6)を前記線状支持形成体に向けて形成するために、交流高電圧源に接続された紡糸電極(5)が配置された、装置において、
前記支持線状形成体(3)の経路に、前記紡糸チャンバ(4)において、回転するバルーン、又は少なくとも仮撚りを前記支持線状形成体(3)に作ることができる撚り装置(2)が配置され、
それにより、前記支持線状形成体(3)のバルーン形成及び/又は回転及び前方移動の結果、ナノファイバーの整然とした構造をもつ平坦な線条体の形態の前記ナノファイバープルームが、前記支持線状形成体(3)に巻き付くことを特徴とする
装置。 - ナノファイバープルーム(6)から作られ、前記支持線状形成体(3)に螺旋状に巻かれた、整然としたナノファイバー構造をもつ前記線条体の乾燥及び定着のための乾燥定着装置(7)が、前記支持線状形成体(3)の経路において、前記紡糸チャンバ(4)に続いて配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記撚り装置(2)が、前記紡糸チャンバ(4)の前方に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載の装置。
- 前記撚り装置(2)が、前記乾燥定着装置(7)に続いて配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載の装置。
- 前記撚り装置(2)が、回転する偏心部材(23)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項5〜8のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記紡糸チャンバ(4)に、前記支持線状形成体(3)の経路に沿って、少なくとも2つの紡糸電極(5)が、互いに続いて配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項5〜9の一項に記載の装置。
