Description

Claims (15)
- グループI−IVベースオイルからなる群から選択されるベースオイルと、
潤滑オイルの全重量に対して0.01から5重量%の量であり、前記ベースオイル中に分散し続け、前記ベースオイルの表面張力を28mN/m未満に下げるのに有効なシリコーンオイルであって、25℃で10から350cStの粘度を有する、シリコーンオイルとを含み、
25℃において500cSt未満の粘度を有する潤滑オイルであって、
前記シリコーンオイルが、シクロペンタシロキサン、ポリジメチルシロキサン、ジメチルおよびメチルフェニルシロキサンの混合物、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、潤滑オイル。 - 5から60%の他の潤滑剤添加物を含む、請求項1に記載の潤滑オイル。
- 0.01から0.5%のシリコーンオイルを含む、請求項1に記載の潤滑オイル。
- 0.2%のシリコーンオイルを含む、請求項1に記載の潤滑オイル。
- 前記ベースオイルが、グループIIIのベースオイルである、請求項1に記載の潤滑オイル。
- 前記ベースオイルが、少なくとも40%PAOである、請求項1に記載の潤滑オイル。
- 少なくとも40%から95%までのPAOを含む、請求項6に記載の潤滑オイル。
- 前記ベースオイルが、130から200の粘度指数を有する、請求項1に記載の潤滑オイル。
- 0.01から15%のナノグラファイト粒子をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の潤滑オイル。
- 請求項1に記載の潤滑オイルを飛沫潤滑システムに加えることを含む、飛沫潤滑システムを潤滑する方法。
- 請求項7に記載の潤滑オイルを飛沫潤滑システムに加えることを含む、飛沫潤滑システムを潤滑する方法。
- 飛沫潤滑システムに潤滑を提供する方法であって、
前記飛沫潤滑システムを循環する段階を含み、
潤滑剤が、25mN/m未満の表面張力(標準ギア/エンジンオイル)および25℃における400mPa.sec未満の粘度を有し、前記潤滑剤が請求項1に記載の潤滑オイルを含む、方法。 - 前記潤滑剤が、0.01から5重量%のシリコーンオイルと組み合わされたグループIIIまたはグループIVのベースオイルを少なくとも40%含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記潤滑剤が、0.1から5%のナノグラファイト粒子をさらに含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- ギアオイルであって、
グループIIIベースオイル、グループIVベースオイルおよびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるベースオイルと、
前記ベースオイルの表面張力を25mN/m未満に下げるのに有効な量であり25℃で10から350cStの粘度を有するシリコーンオイルと、
