Claims (10)
- バッテリーモジュール、第1充放電端子、第2充放電端子、前記バッテリーモジュールの正極端子と前記第1充放電端子との間に連結された第1メインリレー、及び前記バッテリーモジュールの負極端子と前記第2充放電端子との間に連結された第2メインリレーを備えるバッテリーパックを管理するバッテリー管理装置であって、
複数のスイッチを備え、前記第1メインリレーと並列で連結され、前記第2メインリレーと前記第2充放電端子との間に連結されたプリチャージ部;
前記バッテリーモジュールの出力電圧を交流電圧に変換して前記第1メインリレーまたは前記第2メインリレーに印加されるように前記複数のスイッチを制御する制御部;
前記交流電圧が印加された第1メインリレーの第1両端電圧値に基づいて前記第1メインリレーの故障を診断するか又は前記交流電圧が印加された第2メインリレーの第2両端電圧値に基づいて前記第2メインリレーの故障を診断する診断部を含む、バッテリー管理装置。 - 前記プリチャージ部は、
前記第1メインリレーと前記正極端子との間の第1ノードに一端が連結された第1スイッチ;
前記第1スイッチの他端に一端が連結された第2スイッチ;
前記第2スイッチの他端に一端が連結され、前記第1メインリレーと前記第1充放電端子との間の第2ノードに他端が連結されたインダクタ;及び
前記第1スイッチと前記第2スイッチとの間の第3ノードに一端が連結され、前記第2メインリレーと前記第2充放電端子との間の第4ノードに他端が連結された第3スイッチを備える、請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記第1メインリレーと前記第2メインリレーがオフ状態に制御された状態で、前記第2スイッチをオフ状態に制御し且つ前記第3スイッチをオン状態に制御した後、前記第1スイッチがオン状態とオフ状態とを交互に繰り返すように制御して前記第2メインリレーに前記交流電圧を印加する、請求項2に記載のバッテリー管理装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記第1メインリレーがオフ状態に制御されて前記第2メインリレーがオン状態に制御された状態で、前記第1スイッチをオフ状態に制御し且つ前記第3スイッチをオン状態に制御した後、前記第2スイッチがオン状態とオフ状態とを交互に繰り返すように制御して前記第1メインリレーに前記交流電圧を印加する、請求項2または3に記載のバッテリー管理装置。
- 前記診断部は、前記第1メインリレーに前記交流電圧が印加された場合、前記第1両端電圧値と第1部分融着電圧値とを比べて、比較の結果、前記第1両端電圧値が前記第1部分融着電圧値と同じであれば、前記第1メインリレーに部分融着が発生したと診断する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理装置。
- 前記診断部は、前記第1メインリレーに前記交流電圧が印加された場合、前記第1両端電圧値と予め設定された第1正常電圧値とを比べて、比較の結果、前記第1両端電圧値が前記予め設定された第1正常電圧値と同じであれば、前記第1メインリレーに部分融着が発生していないと診断する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理装置。
- 前記診断部は、前記第2メインリレーに前記交流電圧が印加された場合、前記第2両端電圧値と第2部分融着電圧値とを比べて、比較の結果、前記第2両端電圧値が前記第2部分融着電圧値と同じであれば、前記第2メインリレーに部分融着が発生したと診断する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理装置。
- 前記診断部は、前記第2メインリレーに前記交流電圧が印加された場合、前記第2両端電圧値と予め設定された第2正常電圧値とを比べて、比較の結果、前記第2両端電圧値が前記予め設定された第2正常電圧値と同じであれば、前記第2メインリレーに部分融着が発生していないと診断する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理装置。
- 請求項1〜請求項8のうちいずれか1項に記載のバッテリー管理装置を含むバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1〜請求項8のうちいずれか1項に記載のバッテリー管理装置を含む自動車。
