Description
前記第1スイッチ部は、NPN型トランジスタを含んでもよい。
前記第2スイッチ部は、PチャネルFET(Field Effect Transistor、電界効果トランジスタ)を含んでもよい。
前記第1スイッチ部は、NPN型トランジスタを含んでもよい。
前記第2スイッチ部は、PチャネルFETを含んでもよい。
図1には本発明の一実施形態による電流制御装置が電気自動車1に適用された例を示しているが、本発明の一実施形態による電流制御装置は電気自動車の以外に家庭用または産業用のエネルギー貯蔵システム(Energy Storage System;ESS)や無停電電源装置(Uninterruptible Power Supply;UPS)システムなど、二次電池が適用できる分野であれば、いかなる技術分野にも適用されることができる。
また、ECU30は、BMS20によってバッテリー10が充電または放電されるようにインバータ40に制御信号を送る。
インバータ40は、ECU30の制御信号に基づいてバッテリー10が充電または放電されるようにする。
モータ50は、バッテリー10の電気エネルギーを用いてECU30から伝達される制御情報(例えば、トルク情報)に基づいて電気自動車1を駆動する。
図2を参照すれば、本発明の一実施形態による電流制御装置100は、バッテリー10および整流器11の間に連結され、整流器11からバッテリー10に急に多くの電流が流れないように電流を制御してバッテリーに故障などの問題が発生することを防止する。
それにより、整流器11からの電流はPWM信号に対応してハイおよびローに転換されるパルス形態の電流として流れる。
図3は、本発明の一実施形態による電流制御方法を説明するためのフローチャートである。
Claims (12)
- 電流制御装置であって、
電源からバッテリーへの電流の流れを制御するものであり、
PWM(Pulse Width Modulation、パルス幅変調)信号を生成するPWM信号生成部と、
前記PWM信号生成部と連結され、前記PWM信号を受信し、前記PWM信号に対応するスイッチ制御信号を生成する第1スイッチ部と、
前記第1スイッチ部と連結され、前記スイッチ制御信号を受信し、前記スイッチ制御信号に応じて整流器からバッテリーへの電流の流れを連結または遮断する第2スイッチ部と、
前記第2スイッチ部と連結され、前記第2スイッチ部を通過した電流の電流値を降下させ、降下された電流値を有した電流を前記バッテリーに提供する電流降下部と、及び
前記第2スイッチ部の温度を測定する温度測定部を備えてなり、
前記PWM信号生成部が、測定された前記温度が所定の温度を超過する場合、前記PWM信号のパルス幅を減少させることを特徴とする、電流制御装置。 - バッテリーの電圧を測定するバッテリー電圧測定部と、及び
整流器の電圧を測定する整流器電圧測定部とをさらに備えてなり、
前記PWM信号生成部が、前記整流器の電圧が前記バッテリーの電圧より高い場合、前記PWM信号を送信することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電流制御装置。 - 前記電流降下部を通過して前記バッテリーに流入される電流値を測定する電流測定部を備えてなり、
前記PWM信号生成部が、測定された前記電流値が所定の電流値以上である場合、前記PWM信号のパルス幅を減少させ、測定された前記電流値が前記所定の電流値未満である場合、前記PWM信号のパルス幅を増加させることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の電流制御装置。 - 前記第1スイッチ部が、NPN型トランジスタを備えてなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の電流制御装置。
- 前記第2スイッチ部が、PチャネルFET(Field Effect Transistor、電界効果トランジスタ)を備えてなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の電流制御装置。
- 前記電流降下部が、前記第2スイッチ部を通過した電流の波形の高周波成分を除去し、高周波成分が除去された電流の電流値の平均値を電流値として出力する降圧形コンバータであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の電流制御装置。
- 電流制御方法であって、
電源からバッテリーへの電流の流れを制御するものであり、
PWM(Pulse Width Modulation、パルス幅変調)信号生成部がPWM信号を生成するステップと、
前記PWM信号生成部と連結された第1スイッチ部が前記PWM信号を受信し、前記PWM信号に対応するスイッチ制御信号を生成するステップと、
前記第1スイッチ部と連結された第2スイッチ部が前記スイッチ制御信号を受信し、前記スイッチ制御信号に応じて整流器からバッテリーへの電流の流れを連結または遮断するステップと、
前記第2スイッチ部と連結された電流降下部が前記第2スイッチ部を通過した電流の電流値を降下させ、降下された電流値を有した電流を前記バッテリーに提供するステップと、
温度測定部が前記第2スイッチ部の温度を測定するステップと、及び
前記PWM信号生成部が、測定された前記温度が所定の温度を超過する場合、前記PWM信号のパルス幅を減少させるステップをさらに含んでなることを特徴とする、電流制御方法。 - バッテリー電圧測定部がバッテリーの電圧を測定するステップと、
整流器電圧測定部が整流器の電圧を測定するステップと、及び
前記PWM信号生成部が、前記整流器の電圧が前記バッテリーの電圧より高ければ、前記PWM信号を送信するステップをさらに含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の電流制御方法。 - 電流測定部が前記電流降下部を通過して前記バッテリーに流入される電流値を測定するステップと、及び
前記PWM信号生成部が、測定された前記電流値が所定の電流値以上である場合、前記PWM信号のパルス幅を減少させ、測定された前記電流値が前記所定の電流値未満である場合、前記PWM信号のパルス幅を増加させるステップをさらに含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項7又は8に記載の電流制御方法。 - 前記第1スイッチ部が、NPN型トランジスタを含むことを特徴とする、請求項7〜9の何れか一項に記載の電流制御方法。
- 前記第2スイッチ部が、PチャネルFET(Field Effect Transistor、電界効果トランジスタ)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7〜10の何れか一項に記載の電流制御方法。
- 前記電流降下部が、前記第2スイッチ部を通過した電流の波形の高周波成分を除去し、高周波成分が除去された電流の電流値の平均値を電流値として出力する降圧形コンバータであることを特徴とする、請求項7〜11の何れか一項に記載の電流制御方法。
